Didn't think Kiddiminster had an awful lot to offer other than shops but the surrounding area is fantastic especially if your in the National trust we visited three places...

Overall a good stay. There was some road noise but unfortunately this seems to be the norm at a lot of hotels. The food was good & value for money and the service was very good. Don't book the top floor if you need a lift..

All the staff clearly tried their best but it is obvious that some do need to have further training in hotel customer service; this is a management issue and not a criticism of any of the...

We stayed at this hotel in the family room with our two young children during a weekend. The room itself was a good size with sufficient room for all of us with comfy beds, AC, and facilities including having an iron and iron board which is always a bonus. The function room was extremely well decorated for the themed party...

Service was a bit lacking, we arrived at 1.30pm but couldn't check in till 2 which wasn't an issue however it was the lady on receptions attitude, no...
