We stayed overnight for an event and we were happy to find the Premier Inn was in a very good position in the town. It is close to shops and walking distance from the railway station. The building is an attractive conversion and the accommodation is above Debenhams. The staff were efficient and friendly and the rooms are very clean...

Right on the edge of Kidderminster town centre the car park is pay and display, although free between 6.30 pm and 8.30am, and very busy. With reception on the top floor this Premier Inn is a little unusual but the rooms are of the usual high standard and quieter than many we have stayed in. The breakfast restaurant is personal...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff we helpful and friendly but especially Jess on reception/breakfast and Jack the Chef they made that extra special effort. We would definatly recommend although maybe clearer instructions to parking on email before arival may help.

I stay here often. It is an intersting and comfortable hotel right in the middle of Kiddetminster. Not their fault that the layout of the town is incomprehensible ! Of special note this time was breakfast. I had the full English as usual and most of this was buffet style and well cooked. Exception, however, was the fried eggs and...

My wife and I had booked a table at la Brasserie only a short walk across the car park form this hotel so we decided to stay over rather than drive home. The hotel is a bit unusual in the fact that the reception and restaurant are located on the forth floor with the rooms on floors two and three....

Great building conversion. Lots of parking in front the hotel (pay and display). Premier Inn even sent us and email the day before outlining the layout of the building and the parking arrangements which was very useful and most welcome. Small restaurant/bar on site. Frankie and Bennys next door. Plenty of coffee shops near by. We'd stay again if we're...

Clean, great bed, easy access and totally affordable for being so last minute. Near loads of shops and a few restaurants it is good for a short trip to the area. A frankie and bennys is literally across the street. Because of the all the shops the hotel has a large parking area, where rhe parking is free over night....

Clean and tidy, staff friendly. Parking not great have to pay at the machine before you check-in. Would be good if Premier Inn refund the parking payments. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and helpful cook and waiter.

Our third visit hereand each time everything has been excellent. An unusual old Mill property which has been superbly converted right at the heart of Kidderminster. Staff were very helpful and considerate of my disabilities and gave us useful local information. This will be the first choice for our future visits to Kidderminster and the Severn Valley Railway

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
