Very warm welcome from the friendly owners. Lovely rooms which were clean and had every thing you needed. Very comfortable large double bed and a full size child's bunk rather than the camp bed or sofa she usually gets. Breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating for fussy children. Great location too. Right near the restaurants and beach. An...

Owners are lovely people, very communicative. Accommodation immaculate. Lovely soft comfy beds. Great view from our room. Deelish breakfast. Free parking in surrounding streets. Opposite the new leisure facilities including many restaurants and a cinema. But not so close as to be disturbed. Really could not find fault. A very lucky find, to be reccomended.

A spotless room, a lovely comfy bed with great linen, a good shower & a great breakfast. What more could we ask for. Never been to New Brighton before and we were pleasantly surprised. Didn't bring the car but the trains to and from Lime Street were great.

Very clean, tidy and does not smell, a few things I cannot stand if found in a hotel. Would strongly recommend, the house has Morrisons, cinema and good restaurants close by and only a short trip in Liverpool city centre.....

I cannot praise this guest house enough! A beautifully well presented room. With TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, a lovely homemade English breakfast, it felt homely from the moment i walked in and Helen (the owner) was friendly and helpful throughout. There is no doubt i shall be back again very soon.

Fantastic, friendly hosts, who were both welcoming and informative. Quirky rooms that were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good breakfast as well. The place to stay when in the New Brighton area - highly recommended.
