Stayed there 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is in front of the ocean, just the street to cross to be on the beach. We had room 302 (we recommand) and was on the third floor on the corner of the hotel so you have a balcony on two side. Great big room, king bed, fridge,...

We had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean! This hotel is in a great location, just steps from the beach and right in the center of the action in town. Very clean, friendly staff, and strong ac! I was pleasantly surprised when we were served breakfast in the restaurant across the street, right on the beach! I had a...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of the Easter weekend celebration in San Juan del Sur. We knew it would be busy and since we were only there a short time we decided to stay close to the action instead of somewhere a bit removed from town. We booked this hotel through a third party...

We went for son's birthday and booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly, especially the night watchmen. However, I was disappointed to be charged an extra $20 when we decided to add my nephew to the trip at the last minute. We had 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds and our party consisted...

I stayed 7 nights at this hotel and I could have stayed another 7 more! It was clean, quiet, central, and HONEST. The family that owns the business and the staff that run it are as sweet and genuine as they come. I don't understand why so many reviews say it's overpriced. I paid $400 for 7 nights and 7...

La Estacion may have been the nicest place we stayed at in San Juan del Sur, but even as nice as it was, it was not worth what we paid for it. We booked an online reservation and when we got there the lady had no clue what we were talking about. We had to pay more than what we...

This is a very nice, clean, fairly modern hotel right in the heart of things in San Juan del Sur. Our rrom on the third floor was clean, bright, comfortable and with cable TV and free internet. Free breakfast at a restaurant along the waterfront is included in the room rate so it's a fairly good deal, even though the...

We stayed here for three nights. The room was just renovated, so it was modern and nice. The staff were friendly (although they could be better in English) and the cleaning ladies did an exemplary job. The hotel has a great location, next to the beach and near the city center. Unfortunately the hotel pool was a small indoor pool,...

For the price and the view, we could not have done better. Free breakfast at the hotel across the street - options including American, Nicaraguan, Continental with coffee and small juice is a good value. The room we were given (slow season) was third floor for the best ocean view, very large (one king and one full sized), large walk...

I had a 3rd floor room with a good view of the beach. However, the balcony was shared by all other 3rd floor guests and the stairs were narrow and steep. The service was average at best and the main desk was often left unattended permitting anyone to enter and walk up to the rooms
