The room was clean and everything about the room worked fine... but the internet was barely functional on all servers. It would stay connected for about five minutes at a clip and then would reset and you'd have to restart, which is not practical when you're here on business. Chose the hotel for its location near my destination for the...

We stayed for one night and found this hotel to be better than expected. We walked in without reservations (we had checked on-line to be sure they had rooms) and were checked in without and delay. The clerk was friendly and professional. Since it was just a one-night stay, we didn't really explore the hotel but found the rooms to...

We relocated from NY and needed an affordable place to stay while we waited for our new home to be ready. For under $400 for a week, I was not expecting much. The staff here are very diverse and speak many languages, be patient and kind, and they'll be very patient and kind in return. I get a kind good...

While passing through Harrisburg we needed a clean, safe room just to overnight. This place fit the bill perfectly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower satisfactory. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is the standard pastry/cereal/juice/coffee setup so we passed on it. What impressed me is that there was a billing error that the hotel...

I accidentally scheduled my reservation for the wrong date. As a result, I would have ended up getting charged a no-show fee. I came in the next night and only at that time did I realize the mistake. Neil and Lilly were really nice about it. They said they would keep the no-show fee on from the previous night, but...

The hotel was in a great location. There is very little Parking. We ended up parking next to the dumpster The room could have been cleaner and there was only 2 lumpy pillows per bed. The breakfast left something to be desired. It was adequate for sleeping and showering

This hotel is a great, MUCH less expensive alternative to the hotels in Hershey, and it's only 15 minutes away. We arrived after a 2-hour drive from Laurel, MD and a 9-hour day at Hersheypark to find an easy, courteous check-in, a clean, quiet, spacious room and a great night's sleep. With a AAA discount, it was only $80/night, vs....

We stayed one night at this hotel. We arrived around midnight and the person checking us in gave us the online price without us requesting it. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The lobby is not much to look at - hardly a lobby at all - made me concerned about what the rooms might be like....

We stayed here on July 4th. The location was perfect for where I had to be and was near to restaurants and shopping. It was nice and quiet and I liked the touchless amenities. They offered a free continental breakfast, as well. During the early evening hours the touchless bathroom light was priceless. At 2 am when I used the...

I'm not sure if I specified a non smoking room, but ours smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We bought febreeze and air fresheners for the room. The light over the sink wouldn't brighten. You could see what you were doing, but it wasn't bright enough for any type of make up application. The light and vent cover in the bathroom...
