Hotel staff were very accommodating and the location is fantastic!!! Clean, tidy and the price is right!!! Only downside was there was no wifi and unless you are a master at parallel parking you can't park directly outside the hotel! However there is a free car park within a minutes walk, so it's not that big a deal!!

I was booked in to a hotel they own in Hartlepool and on the morning of my arrival I received a phone call from Dan stating they don't take dogs? The booking was made 4 days earlier after they advertised "why not bring your furry friend". My initial shock at this phone call was upsetting but the guy on the...

Spent a week here with friends. Just off the sea front. There are lots of restaurants and nice places to walk. Great value for money. And the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. :)

Stayed at the Trinity Hotel in Seaton Carew which was a short distance from Hartlepool. Lovely clean room which had been refurbished. New decor, carpet, bed and a flat screen TV. Great price and a good nights sleep. Just off the sea front too with parking.

Travelled to hartlepool for work Rooms are clean with decent tv Shared bathroom is ok, but no plug for bath, and shower looks like it's leaked for years Biggest downfall is, breakfast is still advertised as being available on hotelscombined, but they haven't done breakfasts since may 11th. What a shame Value for money is still ok
