I loved my stay at the cottages. Staff was friendly , and our cottage was extremely affordable . The cottages are ocean front weathered and cozy. Our cottage was very clean. We had a nice quiet stay and enjoyed private beach access without having to drive to one of the parking areas. Best of all I was able to vacation...

Don't be tricked by the pictures on here. They are completely wrong and very misleading. We were very excited to come here and have been looking forward to it for months. The pictures online made this place look amazing, but when we got there we were very disappointed. The first this we noticed was one of the windows was broken....

We have been going to the Beachcomber for years -- At first, myself and friends, then I started bringing my oldest grandkids once per summer, or sometimes twice, or.... more often!! As grandkids grew, we went a little less often, but, this year, I was able to go with my four four oldest grandkids, one grandson-in-law, and my first great-grandbaby....

The view is amazing, the staff are friendly. This is truly a perfect place to get away from it all. The beach is wonderful to chill or go for a walk. Beautiful hiking trails close by. The cottage were clean and very cozy.

Place was clean and it is right on the beach. Would have been nice to have picnic tables outside so we could bbq and eat outside instead of using our bbq on the trunk of the car. Cabin is a duplex and not a stand alone unite. Noise could be a big issue. We made the best of it but...

We drove all the way from Portland to fill our reservation only to find out it had been cancelled and told told very rudely to leave the property. Apparently some previous owner had said that I had smoked in one the rooms on a previous visit (I am a non-smoker). I have gone to this motel every year for the...

It was Expedia's responsibility to notify you that your reservation was cancelled. Fact of the matter is you are banned from this property, PERIOD. The notes from the previous owner stated the room was a disaster and cigarette ashes all over the cottage. My family and I run this place and find it very insensitive for you to bash us...

I look at the pictures now and I feel like I was so deceived. The minute we got there, we had to clean up pubic hairs in the bathroom, condensation was constantly on the windows unless we ran a humidifier 24/7. So, that great ocean view didn't come without having to squeegee the windows while running the humidifier. The utensils...

Thanks for your review. I assure you the issues were addressed. Expedia was quoting our studio rooms at that price not the larger unit. I just wish you would have addressed these issues during your stay so we could have tried to come up with a solution. Thank goodness you were able to visit family! Curtis

The cabins could use a little work, but they were generally a good value. The scenery and beach access is good, but the steps down to the beach could use some work. I'd recommend for a group of families. The management was accessible and friendly. Overall, a good experience.

We just returned from a week there. Not fancy but great view, beach right in front of you that no one seems to even know about. Slept all 4 of us comfortably. With lots of room for more to join us. Nice layout of kitchen and dining room and living room. We don't stay much in our cottage, so was...
