Doesn't look like much from the outside, but it fulfilled all our wants and needs. It is super clean, but no disinfectant smell. Just clean and fresh. Vintage decor but new! Beds are very comfortable, we don't even miss our sleep number at home. Owners are super nice and caring. Lots of love was put into each room and concern...

Great price. Wonderful people. Large rooms. Two in the front have very large window facing the ocean. Town is also wonderful. Town would be a great place to spend the summer. Whale watching from the park, which is walking distance from the motel.

We loved Yachats! It's beautiful, not fussy and has this wonderful, well priced motel. Clean, 'vintage' rooms and the best, most generous proprietors you could ask for. When we arrived we got a rundown of the town, the beaches, places to eat, places to hike, etc. We stayed in The Condo, which was big, and equipped with all you need...

Wanting to get out of Portland for a couple days and explore Cape Perpetua area I was looking for someplace inexpensive and convenient to the area and Ya'Tel Motel is just that.  I only stayed one night and I will preface this with the fact that I am not a high maintenance traveler.  I have three main requirements...clean, safe and...

This small place is a true gem! The new owner is very motivated and personable. Checked us in and made sure we had everything to make our stay very comfortable. The room was large and very accommodating. I highly recommend and will stay here if I am ever back on the Oregon coast again!!!

This small motel lives up to their website claims and reviews. Friendly, family run motel with clean and comfortable well appointed rooms. Upon arriving we were greeted by name by our host who was quick to turn the our room lights on and make sure we had everything we needed. On Our second night as we we where watching the...

We picked this up from the Lonely Planet guide, otherwise, as other reviewers have suggested, we may have driven right by. We had a great room with kitchen, microwave and a large fridge. The room was clean, really bright and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. As well as cable TV, a DVD player was provided with a great selection of...

Okay, I hesitated to review the Ya'Tel, and the last time I stayed there, I didn't. Why? Because I wanted to keep my secret a secret. This place is so well located, and such a bargain price, for such an all around comfortable place that I just was not sure I wanted it out to people, thereby endangering my own...

Great place with great rates. Nice owners who are trying to make a go of running a motel. I never stay in places like this, but for this one I would be back. We were in room#1 which had 2 bedrooms plus a kitchen area. Place is a little old but clean and quite acceptable

This place doesn’t look much from the outside but we chose it because it was central in Yachats village and gets good reviews. And deservedly so as our room was a nice size and we loved the slightly faded seashore look, all the sea-theme decoration and the homely quilt. There were windows at both ends so quite light, very good...
