My wife and I get to the Oregon Coast only once or twice each year and when we do it usually includes a stay at the Wheeler. We always come away relaxed and rejuvenated. This last time we climbed nearby Neahkanie Mountain which has been on our to do list for years. The staff at the Wheeler are the best....

We went looking for a relaxing weekend getaway and we certainly found just that at the Old Wheeler Hotel. The owner and her staff were so friendly and helpful, but still behind the scenes so as not to be intrusive. The decor is vintage, with antiques and furnishings we grew up with and still enjoy. We were able to walk...

My husband and I spent our second two day stay at the Old Wheeler Hotel at the end of March. We loved being welcomed with our own sign outside the door! The continental breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are lovely, clean and charming and everyone there is so welcoming! We'll be back soon! Lovely, relaxing and romantic! A priceless find...

I stayed in a beautiful room, with great antiques, a beautiful claw foot tub (and separate modern shower) and a spectacular view of the bay. The antique stores in Wheeler were large and had many items.

This is one of my favorite places to go along the Oregon coast. It's absolutely unique. I'm a sucker for vintage archetecture, and the owner has made this places absolutely unique and perfectly decorated for the era. It's close to many seaside towns (Nehalem, Cannon Beach, Manzanita), so you have plenty to explore. The community room is a great place...

We stayed here for 2 nights using an Amazon coupon. Super cool place, great location, great rooms and wonderful breakfast. The view from our room was breathtaking even during a horrid storm. The hotel is on the main drag but there is no noise in the rooms whatsoever due to double pane windows. Our room had a jacuzzi tub for...

We had purchased a 2 for 1 stay through Amazon to try someplace new. This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful. Antiques in every room & even a personalized welcome sign outside our door. The continental breakfast in the common room was not the wheel of dry cereal you get at the Best Westerns....and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely...

My wife and I are so pleased to have rested two days at this wonderful hotel. We became so calm and relaxed we wished we had spent four days there. The rooms had a 1890's-1920s theme yet all the modern conveniences. It was such a calming experience. We enjoyed visiting with other guests in what we called the Gathering Room....

This was my first visit to the Old Wheeler Hotel and I LOVED it! I stayed in room 8, it had a private bathroom, a small living room area & a bedroom. All the antique décor was amazing and brought back several fond memories of my childhood. I went with a group of friends for a retreat and we had...

My stay was more than I could have ever expected! The rooms were all beautiful, and ours was facing the bay! It was a warm January weekend that could not have been more perfect.
