Highly recommend a stay at The Old Wheeler. The view from dining room is beautiful to see the sun go down. Make this a stop on your bucket list. Each room is different and its decor keeping in theme with this classic hotel. Pick up some antiques in local stores or grab wine at nearby wineries. Or just hire a...

The Old Wheeler Hotel is the reason I visit the Oregon coast. The staff is friendly, the sunsets are amazing, and I don't have the crowds that most costal towns have. The decor and rooms feel like coming home. I love it here

You simply must stay here: so unique and quite beautiful. We want to go back! Just spending time in the area was great..so much to see and do. The hotel itself is like walking into a magazine. I was allowed to view several other rooms and there was not one that I would not have mind staying in. Beautiful. What...

I surprised my wife with a trip to the Old Wheeler Hotel for Valentines Day. We had never stayed there before but we here delightfully surprised! The hotel itself is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. It is true to the time period of the early 1900's. Our host and owner, Katie was absolutely wonderful! She not only took to the...

I discovered this gem as I was heading south on Hwy 101 after a delicious dinner at the restaurant across the street that sits right on the bay. It was an unbelievable find! The hotel is a wonderful combination of beautiful antiques and modern conveniences. With a view of the bay, my room was large and roomy with a king-sized...

The owner Katie was very nice and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. If your on the Oregon coast you have to stay here. It also included...

We loved the hotel - the room, the breakfast room with a view of the river and wetlands, and the fun welcoming touch of our names on the door of our room. The breakfast/common room had lovely antiques, fresh flowers on the tables, a great view, and was available for use during the day - we had a snack and...

Wow! This Bed and Breakfast style hotel is a real find on the Oregon coast! Our large room was filled with stunning antiques, period linens and a claw foot tub. We had to walk through the whole hotel just to see the antiques. Breakfast was plentiful and free - yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and fruit. We appreciated that...

We were in town for a wedding so we took up more than half of the hotel (which has I believe only has 7 or 8 rooms to begin with). We stayed in rooms 2, 3, 5 and 7 if memory serves me correctly. I think only one other room was taken up by another guest. I should warn you...
