I went to Edgefield for Dinner on 10/10/2016. While the menu has changed, it is still quite good and hard to decide what to order. I had the irish Rueben (slaw instead of kraut) which was quite good. The beers are still the real reason to go to any mcmenamins, but Edgefield has so much more to offer. I love...

Pretty get away with various wine or brew venues, historic structure to investigate, art gallery, glass blowing demonstrations, and more. The food is a little basic outside - pizza or burger but the indoor atmosphere is very cozy.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a friend's wedding - what a cool place! We loved the fact that you can wander around the grounds with drinks from the bars, and the different varieties at each bar/pub! The winery was by far my favourite - wine flights for $6-$8, and the flight fee is waived if you purchase a bottle!...

Had a great time visiting with friends... we gabbed for quite a while and never felt rushed to leave - hence the 5 Dots! Food good, served hot, and great portions. There was a wedding and a reception during our visit, so parking was a challenge.

We went to the Bonnie Raitt concert...Of course she was wonderful! But the lack of security at the concert was terrible for the size of this crowd. We will never go their again for a concert. Felt McMenamins were very irresponsible!

We stayed 3 nights for a wedding on the property. Our room had a sink and a toilette. No shower. The sink would not drain and the toilet would not flush. Reception said they'd take care of it (twice) but they did not solve the problem. Really! No shelving or drawers of any kind in the room. One wooden chairs...

PatrickHayes, I am so sorry to hear about this! It's very out of character for staff to miss mechanics that aren't working properly and to take so much time to ensure your stay is great! I will be looking into your room immediately and have privately messaged you regarding your stay. Cheers, Kathaleen G

This is a one-of-a-kind experience. It's funky. It's charming. It's comfortable. It's adventurous. So go see what the buzz is about. It's as far from your big-box hotel experience as Disneyworld is from the church ice cream social. Wish we had spent two days rather than one so we could have enjoyed the pitch and putt golf course which is...

Restaurant? Yes, Hotel? Yes. Bar? Yes. Gardens? Yes. Concert Venue? Yes. But, if you think that's all McMenamins is, they you are sadly mistaken. This is a destination. Fun, funky, weird...you name it. It's wonderful. Keep your eyes open or you will miss the fun, whimsical, historic features of these wonderful locations. I visit one or more McMenamins everytime i'm...

If you want a predictable , mid/ level chain experience, skip it. This was very fun, loved the art work and the facilities were great. Know that there is no AC, for us bathroom down the hall ( totally fine and interesting) and per Oregon code, no kids in any of the bars or pubs.

We enjoyed a concert here. While we were unable to get reservations for the night we did enjoy a day of wandering. There are several places to enjoy a beverage and a bite to eat. The staff was efficient and the food and drinks up to snuff...
