The room was lovely, comfortable and spotless. The view of the dam was great. But the best part was the staff, all the young people at the front desk. We were given directions, coupons, advice on what to see; two of the girls printed maps of the area and how to get to iewpoints and waterfalls. When the key device...

We have stayed here twice now, great friendly staff. Clean, updated rooms. Lisette was great at check in & offered us a glass of wine and coupons for various wineries around the area. Thanks for suggesting the room upgrade. Will be back again soon. Adding a photo of the view from our room.

The staff is amazing and the view was everything it should be. I was incredibly pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the the bed which is so important when you are traveling. Toiletries were Bath and Body Works and always a plus. I not only recommend but will be staying agin.

Nice place with likely the best view of The Dallas. Easy reservation to make and pet friendly. Staff was very friendly. It is up on a hill and out of the way but easy to find and worth it. We will be back.

This is an older motel that's been pleasantly kept up. We booked a king suite, which had a cozy soft bed, and a basic bathroom with shower and a high window letting in light - a small but important feature. window. The second room had a small dining table and a very comfortable seating area looking out over the Columbia...

Pleasant, older establishment. Clean and very friendly staff. It was a very cold night (10 degrees Fahrenheit), and although the heater in the room was excellent, it was quite cold in the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, and we love Stumptown coffee.

Very nice inn with good service. Convenient location to both columbia river gorge and vineyards nearby. Were down there for a couple of nights and they had a good viewpoint to the bridge/dam below. Need to cross highway to get to shops which takes about 10 mins

We made our reservation on Expedia, first mistake I know. You always get the dink room, but normally you save money. I didn't check their web site first but I should have as rates were cheaper on their website and we might have been given a better room. We were given a little tiny room on the back side of...

Your stay does not meet our standards in the training that our employees receive in monthly meetings and on going daily. Everything you have mentioned will be addressed. Please don't hesitate in contacting me so I may research this a bit better. Our reviews do reflect a much better experience for our guests.

We arrived about 7:00 for an unscheduled night's stay at Celilo Inn. Victoria helped us; she was not only professional but very cordial. When I mentioned that we enjoyed the patio during a summer stop over, she said if we would like to sit out there again she would light the fire pit and serve our complimentary glass of wine...
