If you are expecting the Ritz, you will be disappointed. This is a budget hotel for sure but for the price, I don't feel it was over-valued. It is basic accommodations but if you are just sleeping there & not much else, it is serviceable. The front desk was very attentive & helpful with a few requests we had (extra...

We had a studio with a small refrigerator, a microwave, range stove, cable TV, clean towels for two and a very comfortable queen size bed. Let's start with the front desk young girl who was very friendly & polite, checked us in very quick and efficient and handed a couple of room card keys and a post-it with the free...

The price being fit for a budget. Close to Gateway mall. LTD bus express goes right in front making the location ideal for going to downtown Springfield or Eugene. Room was bare bones but it isanextended stay. Because it is close to the hospital and the express it is great for those visiting those friend or family at Riverbend.

This is a residential hotel with winos, drug users, homeless, and other assorted folk living here. I saw an entire family of 5 living in one studio, which was 270 sqft. This is NOT what was advertised. We refused the first room they gave us. Had not been cleaned since last tenant: pizza boxes and crusts on the floor, old medication...

This place is cheap and there's a roof over your head. In fact, my husband and came to this hotel one weekend a month every month during 2014. I came up to Springfield to visit family and friends last spring (May 2015) and I had to bring our dog that time. Even though I booked in advance and told the...

The room smelt of old nicotene use. Shower was good. kitchen unit sufficient. Fridge was broken, so nowhere to put milk in door. Staff friendly. wifi reception was spotty, and generally not good. The rooms need redecorating. rooms seem old and tired. Needs net curtains so you can sit in the room with curtains open for light without being "on...

I recently stayednat Springfield's Crosslands Economy Studios with my daughter and her father. It was an unexpected and untimely trip from home and under the worst kind of circumstances. I needed a place for all of us on a bus line and it was a holiday weekend. Ugh I called the motel and spoke with Ben explaining what I needed....

After reading several other reviews I was unsure if staying here was a good idea. But, it was game weekend and our plan to stay with friends fell through and we needed a place to stay at the last minute. It wasn't as bad as I had imagined. It was old and shabby and could have been cleaner but the...

Worst hotel ever! I don't know how Extended Stay America can be proud of one of their hotels looking and smelling like that. I needed to be at work by 2:00am and I tried to check in at 6:00 and they wouldn't let me because their "system was down". I understand that computers crash and thing happen. I know that...

Bed mattress is covered in what seems like crap. It is also hard as a rock. Room smells like someone died recently. Followed by what seems like piss stains on the floor. Wifi doesn't even work. No remote to the Tv. But who wants to watch tv anyway on a hundred year old machine with 3 channels. All around worst...
