the room was so spacious and such a nice relief after a long day of driving. The balcony was a nice place to eat dinner and relax. I particularly liked the wooden furniture, it really added to the experience. The front desk man was friendly and accommodating. Fair prices too. Overall great experience.
I was a little disappointed in this place. It’s in Sisters and the price was a bit pricey for what you got. The positives: friendly staff, clean room, cute patios, close to a few restaurants & stores, safe parking lot. The negatives: was pretty outdated...they could at least change out their shower heads so they aren’t spraying everywhere with no pressure...kitchenette had no burners in stove top, no utensils for cooking or eating, my friends said their room was NOT clean 🤷♀️. It’s nothing fancy, but, it’s in a pretty great location.
We stayed a night here on our way to the Oregon coast. The older reviews should be disregarded since this has been redone and I would compare it to stays I've had at Hyatt properties. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions but the front office staff was very careful with gloves, hand sanitizer, and limited amount of people in the lobby. There is also a grocery store a short walk across the parking lot.
We found this hotel on our way to crater lake. Good stop off. The room was updated, new carpet. The beds were very comfortable No continental breakfast because of covid, but set up for it when the time comes The owner was there and very helpful.
We have stayed here in the past and found it adequate but nothing to particularly crow about. However, the rates are gentler on the wallet than anywhere else in town. This week, we learned the site is under new management so we decided to spend a few days here on vacation. Best decision we’ve made in a long time! What an improvement! The new management team, Hannah and Gary, are gems in the hospitality industry — courteous, friendly, patient, thorough, hard working, meticulous about cleanliness and sanitation, doing everything in their power to accommodate their guests, and more. The mattresses on the beds are a dream! (We’re going to look for the same mattress to put on our bed at home.) The rooms have patio doors opening onto a patio with chairs and a nice lawn with picnic tables. The 7-ft privacy fence around the property does a nice job of separating you from the neighbors. Our room had a large flat-screen tv and a kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a nice variety of coffee flavors, along with a microwave. On request, the staff will provide you with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, cooking utensils, etc. All we had to bring was a dishrag and dish towels, pot holders, dish soap, and paper towels. Management is working to upgrade parts of the entire site — kitchen countertops, microwaves, outside walkway in front of the property, etc. We’re looking forward to seeing and enjoying the end result. …
