On arrival we were faced with almost the entire foyer under construction. Within 4 days - we had a brand new space to sit and just meet other people from our conference. The bar staff are awesome - great pizzas and people that really see you. Olivia on reception totally made my stay exceptional. Because of the renovations we had...

My husband, three young children & I stayed on the 10th floor at this Hilton in Portland in early December 2016. When we checked out, I put on my "to-do" list a note that I would leave an outstanding review for one of the employees we encountered, Alex. Alex made our stay delightful by doing an incredible job getting our...

We were there for the convenience of our conference being held there. The hotel lobby is going thru a renovation which we didn't mind. When we checked in we were advised of adding extra $45 per day incidental fee which we've never encountered at a Hilton before. We normally expect it when we rent cars but not to stay at...

I have come to an annual meeting at this hotel over much of the past decade. On the whole the meeting and the venue work well together. This location has, however, expanded. This creates the opportunity for them to host another meeting at the same time as ours, resulting in more people for the same lobby space and staff. The...

This hotel was in the perfect location, and was a great accommodation for our stay. The hotel room was a great size, and it was very nice. The staff was very attentive, and the restaurant was a great addition to the hotel.

We stayed here with 2 teenage boys. Only place available with 5 nights over the holidays. Rooms are very small and beds are even smaller. Staff wasn't as helpful as they are at most Hilton hotels. Make sure you are a Hilton member to get internet access. Good thing we really weren't in the hotel much.

Dear Dawnnyc816, I am so very sorry to see that your stay was not all that you had hoped for. As you may have seen, we are in the middle of a renovation for both our lobby's and guestrooms in both towers. As they will not add more space to the room, the layout will make it feel more spacious....

Husband and I both agreed that the pillows were amazing. Best night sleep at a hotel ever! Hotel was very accommodating for us. We arrived at hotel at 10:00 pm and everyone was amazing! Hotel was having new tile put in, the Concierge personally walked us up to our room, asking about our drive and stay. She was very friendly!

The Hotel is located in downtown Portland which is nice. The addition of Hop City in the main building is huge. Food quality and variety is welcoming. The grab & go walk up area offers a very nice selection of treats to entertain your interest and keep you from venturing outside in the cold elements seeking a coffee stand etc....

Nice location downtown convenient to everything and close to public transport. Pioneer Square is about two blocks away. As of January 16th, the lobby is undergoing renovations so beware. My hotel room, 924, was a little small, but comfortable.

Dear Robert B, We are very lucky to be so centrally located in the heart of downtown Portland. We have such a wide variety of places to see and visit, that the public transportation we are near is also very helpful. We are close to the enhancements being completed in the lobby and we hope you are able to see...

The Portland Hilton Towers was a mess due to construction with many homeless in the entry at times throughout the day and night. The rooms were dirty and noisy. This was unusual and unexpected for a Hilton Property in my experience. Hopefully the hotel will be nice again once the construction is complete.
