Great location when you're staying in the city. Perfect walking distance to many downtown sites and restaurants - just what we needed for a ladies weekend away. The restaurant ambiance is a little strange and the service was a little off; however, the food was good and reasonably priced. The rooms were small, clean and well purposed. Parking was a...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We had a three day conference for Thursday, Friday and Saturday -- and since we're an organization with little funding for this kind of thing, we entered the whole experience with a bit of trepidation. The biggest plus that hotel has going for it now is the service: visible, consistent and problem-solving. Some of these staff people worked hard to...

The open type design of the 1st floor may be OK in the summer time, but not in the rainy fall, winter and spring in Portland. The lobby and dining room was cold. Breakfast food was OK, dinner food mediocre. Heat in room was hard to regulate. Only one chair in room with two double beds--not enough.

The Hilton doesn't disappoint: the service is top notch, and the rooms are new and well designed, though pretty small. On the plus side, the water pressure could take paint off a car; on the minus, no corkscrew in the room (so nightly rides down to the bar for a corkscrew).

I was in Portland for a Court hearing. This hotel was the perfect location next to Pioneer Square. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation and will become only better. The staff were exceptional. When I return to Portland, this is where I will stay.

This visit was a nightmare. The whole Executive Tower is under construction. The whole building is vibrating as I type. We were woken by this at 6.30am! At 8am I was told a manager would call me back. No one had by 4.30pm. Clearly Hilton is greedy and dismissive of their guests needs.

Booked this hotel because of a work conference. I was not made aware that there would be heavy construction during my stay. When I arrived the water was shut-off. It was turned on later that afternoon. The construction was very loud for some days, and I couldn't work in my room. The front desk staff said the construction would occur...

I stayed at the Hilton 4 nights for a professional conference using the Hilton's meeting facilities. My room was in the newer building not currently under renovation, and it was great - a little on the small side but very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and heat/AC that worked well (unlike some hotels). The fitness center was large with...

First know, there are 2 different buildings on opposite corners for this Hilton. I attended a conference and they blocked rooms in the Exec Tower for us. BUT they are renovating the first floor restaurant. This means, they start hammering at 7am and it will last for up to 12 hours a day, every day. Twice during my 5 day...

Stayed at the Portland Hilton for business. Hotel has undergone a very nice multi-million renovation. My room was nice, great view from the 20th floor of the Portland skyline. Did a site of the meeting space for a Client of mine. Ballrooms and breakout rooms are nicely appointed. Foyer space spacious. Ate at Hop City Tavern, good food and service....
