Near restaurants, museum, Powell's bookstore, Deschutes Brewery, and other retail. Great room and pet-friendly. The staff was very helpful. Easy access to interstates. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Portland.

This hotel is more like a guesthouse because it is smaller than large hotels. The rooms are fantastic and clean. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodative. The location is right in the city centre with easy access to restaurants/public transportation. Absolutely no complaints. They even let us check in early and check out late.

Nice clean updated room. Location is walking distance to everything and nearby the streetcar as well. Hotel was quiet at night. Staff was welcoming. There was even a happy hour wine tasting daily. This is the perfect spot to stay in Portland.

Great location, boutique experience, nice rooms. A little loud on weekend nights because of nearby nightlife (but I slept fine!). I'm a book nerd, so easy access to Powell's was crucial. Blue Star donuts is around the corner, and Voodoo is a close walk, plus easy access to breweries and great coffee shops like Heart and Case Study.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Mark Spencer. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and comfortable. The kitchen area in the room had dishes, pots and pans . . . everything I needed to make a meal. The view from my room was also incredible. Thank you!

One block from Powells Bookstore and the Pearl District. Be sure to take advantage of the many food trucks in the city. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to river park and all it has to offer. Fascinating city.

This hotel is in an excellent area for dining and shopping. The hotel has nice perks like cookies and tea in the afternoon, wine tasting, and breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the beds were on the soft side but comfortable.
