Near downtown area. Have good breakfast option (no live counter).
Compare to other downtown hotel much cheaper so definitely value for money as far as not expecting too much from it

We went to a couple of places on SW Montgomery St, very near to the waterfront: Portland Sports Bar and Grill, and McCormick & Schmick's Harborside at the Marina. Both were easy walking distance of the Hotel.

We do have a new program called Nuketown, it's a bike share deal, not sure where the rakes are there, but there are lots of other rental places, you can google bike rentals and find them...welcome to Portland
