I came to this hotel on a business trip on approximately April 11th, 2017,with my coworker. My boss Susan made a mistake in the booking, sending us at the wrong date, but the desk clerk Kayla helped us to secure a room at the last minute anyway, despite the mix up. My boss was on the phone with Kayla and...

We picked this hotel for two reasons: location and on-site parking. It's directly across from the Oregon Convention Center and a MAX station. We booked a "Queen Room with City View" for one night. Through Booking.com it cost us $167.19 [at check-in, the person at the desk commented that we could have gotten a better price if we'd booked directly...

Hi 787allenm, thank you for leaving a review. I would like to take a moment to address these issues. We do sell rooms through third party sites as a lot of properties do. We keep our rate competitive with other properties in our area that would are of similar value to us. When you book directly with the hotel we...

Ok room for the price. A no frills hotel. Pieces of roof/ceiling are missing. Hotel looks like it needs a bit of renovation but nice staff and the room and bathroom were clean. No bedbugs either...trust me we checked. Probably wouldn't stay again but again, ok for the price.

Hi michellej389, thank you for leaving a review! I know life can be a bit hectic so we really appreciate you taking the time. We are indeed a no frills hotel. We mainly cater to convention goers and travelers on a budget. The property itself is old, mid 60's, so it can take a bit of maintenance to keep it...

Traveled alone to an event at the Convention Center. Wanted to stay close by. Plus looked for inexpensive yet clean place to stay. Only negative was the street noise, but I had been warned by other travelers. Friendly staff. Clean and neat room. Right off the train line from the airport. Near many restaurants. Would stay there again.

Thank you Erik O for taking time to leave a review. I am not sure how Google's algorithm works so I'm not gonna speculate as to how that rate came up. I am glad you were able to take advantage of all the wonderful eateries and shops in the area. We hope to see you on your next visit to...

The employees were great, however my room was right next to Max Light Rail. It kept waking me up. Max is very loud. But this hotel is really really close to the Convention Center if you can tolerate the noise.

Hi DebfromOregon, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Being in such close proximity to the transit can be really convenient but also bothersome at the same time and I totally understand. We are glad our location with regards to the Convention Center was to your liking. Thank you for the kinds words about our staff as...

Was visiting for a conference at the DoubleTree - was convenient for that but not close to any good places to eat. Overall the rooms were nice and large for the size although the communal areas could do with updating. Good wifi signal. A little loud on the lower floors at the front of the building by the road.

The inn is dated and worn. The staff and location make up for the drawbacks. The inn is close to the convention center, Lloyd's center, and the river. All are in walking distance. Nice restaurants and coffee near by. The hotel was quiet with good views of Portland. There is an elevator and vending machines and ice. We would stay...

I choose this hotel over another nearby property mainly due to price. But also as this station was minutes of a walk away from Trimet MAX Convention Center Station. You can easily see the Inn from the MAX trains passing by. However, I would say you get what you pay for. What you will be paying for is a property...
