Great staff. Great parking. Great beds. Quiet location. Very good food. Best bar in Portland. Love the golden films theme. Green Room was a great location for a small business meeting.

Rachel, the Crystal Ballroom is about 3-4 blocks away. I'm guessing about a 5-6 minute walk. You'd walk about 3 blocks "North" to West Burnside and then one block "East" and you'd be there.
