My husband and I were planning a trip to Portland Oregon for our anniversary, this time with our 5 month old, and 15 year old. Since it was our little one's first plane ride/travel away from home, we wanted to ensure he, as well as we, were comfortable and happy during our Portland vacation. I became interested in Kimpton Vintage...

We rented one of the spa suites and the experience was wonderful. This was an anniversary get away and we were genuinely happy with the entire experience. While it would have been nice to have a window, the skylight let in a good amount of natural light and beyond that there were no complaints of the room; there was plenty...

Awesome hotel, great location. Right in downtown Portland. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in a suite which was huge!! Two complaints, we traveled with 2 small children. On the Kimpton website it mentions you can get a fish in your room. I made reservations and said I wanted the fish, they guy said "great, what do you...

On a short business trip one wouldn't think that their hotel stay experience would be revolutionized by such an amazing staff. Particularly the front desk receptionist Ashley. She went above and beyond to make sure I had my favorite snacks and drinks in my room with out me even realizing it. As a frequent traveler and hotel guest this was...

Super hotel. Close to many cool bars and restaurants. Food pod down the street on Washington and 10th has tons of options. Penny Diner and Vintage bar next door are worth a visit and the lobby bar is nice too. We stayed in a corner King room, and the tall windows and natural light were amazing as well as the...

I love Kimpton hotels for their great value, friendly service and thoughtful amenities. My Kimpton Hotel Vintage stay was even better than my previous wonderful experiences with Kimpton. Dinner at the in-house Pazzo restaurant was great with just the right level of service. The open areas on each floor with windows and an atrium were delightfully airy - not closed...

We are here for a quick vacation, and are very happy with this hotel. This is our second stay at a Kimpton hotel, and we recommend this brand and this hotel. Our room in Chicago was small, so we were pleasantly surprised at the size and amenities here in Portland. Room and bath are contemporary in style, and our room...

Thanks for the charming review OldGuyz! Kimpton is know for taking historic buildings and turning them into swanky hotels, hence the small rooms in some locations. We are fortunate here at Vintage Portland though and have very spacious options. Check out the our Urban Soak rooms on your next visit which have an outdoor patio space and hot tub! And...

Mini vacation brought us to Portland from Seattle. The hotel was in a convenient location to several walkable sites - Powell Books, VooDoo donuts, food trucks, rail & more. One of our group utilized a wheelchair which the city was easy to get around with minimal or slight hill grades. The Vintage had great accommodations including a game room (Wi,...

Third time staying here. We come for the overall experience that includes the nightly wine tasting, the adult forward vibe having a swanky lobby cocktail bar, comfy seating/chairs and couches all over, a second level game room with pool table and more, amazing wine available for purchase in your room and by far the best soaking tub we have ever...

Flew back west to visit old stomping grounds for my best friend's wedding. As much as PDX has changed in 15 years, I felt squarely & securely at home at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage. The staff was warm and attentive, there is a Giacometti in the lobby lounge (art nerds unite), and Pazzo's bar is well-appointed yet laid back enough...
