Modera was an excellent hotel, the BEST. And had occasional very good internet deals. They still have great internet deals, but beware. They're remodeling in a big way, and charge you a resort or "amenity" fee whether you use extra services or not. When I go to a hotel, I

My partner and I had a good stay at Hotel Modera. Good service and they are eco friendly which is a plus. They are also in a great location which made it easy to walk to my conference at a different hotel. Would recommend.

In February 2019 I used booking.com to reserve a room at Hotel Modera for approximately one month later. Within 6 hours a conflict came up and I needed to cancel. Since it was well before the cancellation cutoff date, I assumed I would be fully refunded. After checking my credit

Another unfortunate opportunity to exercise my intentional price mis-representation review policy. The only purpose of a mandatory fee is to intentionally mis-represent the actual cost in advertised pricing. In order to make your experience even more unpleasant, this place

You seem to not understand why they are charging this... they do this as a form of false advertising. They want to charge $250 but it doesn’t look as good in comparison to anyone with 2 brain cells using whatever website comparison tool. So they list it for $220 and gouge you for the remaining $30 at check in. You’ve already booked/reserved/paid for it by the time you realize it at check it. So to be concise, hell no they won’t let you not pay it. Enjoy your $30 water and day pass to a crappy chain gym.

Do any of the rooms have views of the July 4th fireworks?
Good afternoon, excellent question. Unfortunately the answer is no, our rooms will not provide a view of the fireworks but no hotel will get you closer to the festivities of both the fireworks and the Blues Festival that will be going on that weekend. The only hotel that may have views of the fireworks would be The Marriott Waterfront, you should give them a call and see if they have any rooms left with those views.
