I selected this property for several reasons; wanted an east side hotel, and one with "extras," like help with baggage and parking, etc. (I am partially disabled.) I was greeted by lovely friendly desk staff, helped to my room with my extra bags (had just completed a show as a vendor and needed to store valuables) by a great valet/bellman,...

I travel most weeks for business and wanted a change of pace from the predictable chain hotels. This hotel most certainly fit the bill - its hip without being pretentious and has a touch of whimsy about it. Pros: Great decor, both restaurants are excellent (even the locals recommended them), thoughtful design, excellent location, friendly service, comfy chairs in room,...

The customer service at this hotel was excellent. The front desk people were so eager to help and answer questions. I called down for a room service menu as there was none in the room, and 2 minutes later someone was knocking on my door with the menu. This hotel has gone through a huge update and transformation, it looks...

A friend and I stayed here for Comic Con weekend. The lobby is trendy and clean with several little comfy alcoves for sitting and visiting. The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. As we were attending Comic Con at the Oregon Convention Center, Hotel Eastlund could not have been more perfect! Just a short walk across...

I stayed while attending a Tradeshow at the Oregon Convention Center. The hotel is VERY convenient, but most of all it is beautiful. My colleagues who booked at a different hotel were quite jealous when I showed them pictures. Not only is the hotel in a great location....next to public transit, etc...it also has great amenities inside. A bakery for...
