The best way to do it is to book a reservation for arrival on the 27th and checking out on the 28th. Once you book the hotel, contact the hotel about your late arrival and make them aware of your situation. That way they will check you in on the 27th before the end of the day and the system cancels your reservation as a no -show. When you arrive, you may also be able to get a later check out to help with your layover, but that will be dependent on their arrivals on the 28th. They can also steer you towards some place nearby for a bite to eat before the flight, should you sleep past the hours breakfast is served. The shuttle is available 24 hours per day, so they can pick you up at 2 AM and help you return the next day.
