I stayed here last summer during my TransAmerica bicycle ride. I arrived in town late at night with weary limbs and without a reservation. To my great relief, I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Geoff who saw to it that I had a comfortable place to stay the night.

I travel a lot and it’s always nice to find a clean motel room with a good bed. The Pacific City Inn is both clean and has a great bed plus the service at arrival was wonderful. The hotels location is close to the beach and downtown. I highly recommend staying here and I will be

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a phenomenal value IMHO. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities (mini fridge with freezer, microwave and deck overlooking the airstrip) very accommodating. The managers are very nice and were super

Apparently one hasty, factually incorrect posting was not enough for this couple. It is very unfortunate to find a review posted like this on multiple sites with multiple reviews with inconsistent criticisms after our staff has been harassed by this couple. They have stayed true to their words that they will use their “influencer” status to salaciously attack us in every online forum. The fact is that this customer checked in with 2 dogs, one being a puppy that isn’t house trained. The poster even admits in the review that the dog soiled the floors and they could’ve missed picking it up. Upon checkout and during the stay there was no mention of any concerns from this couple until they were told they are being charged for the damage to the room. The charge doesn’t cover our cost of steam cleaning to remove the feces piles, urine stains or the cost of taking the room out of service for two days while the cleaning dries. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rooms, the courteous service provided throughout and our copious return customers. The most unfortunate situation is that had the puppy been house trained, none of this would be appearing.

This hotel is old and in terrible shape. Our room smelled of mold and cigarette smoking. The kitchen faucet didn't work well and the heat didn't work at all. The walls are paper thin, you will hear everything your neighbors do. The biggest indignation (aside from the $170 price

Greetings, Thank you very much for your comment - we could not agree more with you. As a matter of fact, we have hired a photographer to update our photo gallery. As soon as the weather improves we look forward to having new photos for our customers to view. In the meantime, we would love to hear your thoughts on our new virtual tour of the Bistro.
