We normally love staying here but unfortunately the king suite room we arranged to stay in for our family of 4 for two nights had a broken shower that we didn’t discover until 8:00pm. The maintenance man was nice but told us he couldn’t fix it and we would need to move rooms. When we called down to arrange for the move they offered to help us move our things and to “upgrade” our room. When I went to preview the new room it was the exact same as the old room except the shower actually worked. I asked if we would be getting a discount of some kind and was told no. So I am packing up all our things and moving to another room which is annoying and in my opinion we should be offered a discount for the inconvenience as a gesture of good customer service and to acknowledge our inconvenience of having to switch rooms.…
A 3 night getaway has become our new destination. We were meeting up with our friends staying there. Checking in was a breeze. Friendly and helpful. Valet parking including delivery of our bags made it simple. We had a Deluxe King Suite. 621. Perfect for the two of us. Lots of room including a nicely equipped kitchen and a Sleep Number bed. Wow! Everything to make you comfortable. Then there’s the view. I don’t believe there is a bad view in this building. You never tyre of it. Breakfast and dinner was great. Good menu selections coupled to delicious food. Throw in very attentive service for good measure! Loved the soothing background music in the restaurant. Louis the bartender was exceptional. Checking out was again simple. Hated to leave. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was and the Covid precautions they took. They really want you to be safe and have a great time. We did and we will be back.…
This is a 50 year old 10 story building on the Oregon coast built into the cliff side. The rooms are individually owned and most have had some up grades. It is a “crap shoot” what type Upgrade your room had. Some rooms have tiled floors throughout while others have some carpeting. We did have to change rooms once due to the odor. The second room was acceptable but the carpet was stained. Costly place to stay for the quality of the facility. Good restaurant up stairs. Social distancing in place and lots of hand sanitizers available. Pool and spa open but needed to be reserved to prevent over crowding. I don’t think I would stay here again.
We spent three nights in a one bedroom ocean front suite (334). The room was well appointed with floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom, together with balcony access from both rooms. Fathoms restaurant was good fir both breakfast and dinner. Great location to explore surrounding areas as well as Lincoln City. The views were breathtaking with the beach just steps away. We’re currently liking to purchase a unit at the in as each room is an individually owned condo.
