The staff was very accomodating. We had to move ahead one day and then reschedule two days which meant moving rooms. The room was large and accomodated 6 people: 4 adults and 2 -10 year old boys that slept on air mattresses on the floor. We were very happy with the rooms, the view, the beach, etc.

Was delighted with our room overlooking the ocean. Doors opened to a balcony with rockers and small table. Watched the sunset with a glass of wine. The guest lounge next to us was welcoming with a fireplace and couches we were disappointed that they closed it at 10 pm

Fastest WiFi of the trip. Older hotel but quite and clean. Although our room was not ready at 2:45 they hurried and got it ready for us. The staff was friendly and suggested we wait at the adjacent cafe. Only needed a room for the night but would consider staying longer.

Great place to stay with your pet! Great view of the beach and easy walking distance. The beach is beautiful and great scenery of driftwood and rocks! Friendly check in staff. This hotel has wood floors making it great for your pet. Lots of room! Really enjoyed the stay. The only problem was the restaurant that serves the hotel, was not...

In Gold Beach it is hard to find a place to stay that is on the beach. This place you do have to walk to the beach, down a dirt road then through the bushes. The rooms are clean and quiet. They can also accommodate pets if you give the advance notice.

Our room with the ocean view and balcony was beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable. There was a short walk to the beach with driftwood and a plethora of smooth stones of many colors. We slept so well and loved leaving the balcony door open for a breeze as there was no AC or fan in the room. Unfortunately, there was no...

We chose a oceanfront view room and it really lived up to the name. From our balcony we could sit on the rocking chairs and enjoy the view and sound of the Pacific and a startling sunset. Our room was large and had everything we needed (fridge, coffee maker and microwave. There was also a nice table and chairs and...

The room as shown on the website is a nice, comfy looking room but what we ended up with wasn't even close. NO recliner (none on property-per clerk); there were two extremely uncomfortable chairs; drapes were in 3 pieces, each dragging the floor and would not close the gaps between the pieces. The beds were also very uncomfortable. We paid...

The room was spacious and had a wonderful view. Beach access was perfect! Unfortunately the restaurant The Chowder House was terrible! The meals didn't match the visual description on line or in the resteraunt. Instead of three crab sliders I got one with a big pile of lettuce, and the soup was cold. My girlfriends fish was greasy and cold....

We booked two rooms with sea view, announced as unique, quiet and relaxing. We ended up enjoying heavy and noisy construction work , involving a big crane and trucks just in front of our rooms through 10 pm. This was never mentioned to us which I find quite deceptive, not to speak about rip-off. Why paying an expensive sea view...
