This is an outstanding lodge with so much to do (or nothing at all). Our family stayed in one of the houses on the river and everything was great. The river is beautiful, but don't miss hiking though the red woods. The meals were great and the service was the best. Every request was met with an eager response. This... More

This lodge is awesome, and I couldn't ask for more. Even without a TV in the room, it was a great atmosphere. We went in the off season (late fall-winter), where it is more of a bed and breakfast. Complimentary beer or wine in the evening, and a great breakfast in the morning (included with room rate). The room was... More

We first heard of Tu Tu'Tun from my parents. It was their most favorite place to visit. Dad passed away a couple of years ago and Mom passed last year. So my husband and I decided last year to stay for a couple of days after a long driving trip to see what made it so special. We were not... More

We agree with most of the previous reviews except for a "5" rating. The setting is extremely picturesque, the amenities, both natural and man made, are too numerous to describe here. Please read several of the reviews that follow to get the full flavor of Tu Tu Tun since our experience appears to be significantly out of sync with that... More

Believe all the positive reviews, Tu Tu Tun is a gem. Here are some highlights from a very long list: excellent morning coffee delivered to the room daily was always on time, fireplace restocked and ready constantly, outdoor Japanese soaking bath on a cool evening, kayaking the river, afternoon coffee/snacks, delish wild berries for picking and eating on the property,... Beautiful setting, immaculately maintained thoughtfully managed. Kyle and his staff fit the setting. The room is elegantly simple and comfortable. The view is pure northwest. Cocktails and treats are just right before a spectacular family style dinner. The guests are friendly, interesting just plain fun. After dinner, one looks forward to a delicious breakfast. We can't wait for our next... More

This fabulous lodge is right in Rogue River. Happy hour drinks, appetizers, & breakfast are all included. Dinner is a set menu for extra- we had fresh salmon, cous cous, salad, coconut soup, a fabulous vegetable and Burnt cream for dessert- it was fabulous! They also give you complimentary water, caramel popcorn while you're there & homemade caramels as a... More

You drive through the redwood forests and arrive at Tu Tu Tun for a luxury-nature location along a river to watch the eagles fly. The rooms are really quality, with a natural feel. Good outdoor soaking tub with some rooms. the last few miles of driving make you wonder whether you are in the right place ... but you are!

This lodge is a perfect place to unwind and feel the beauty of nature around you. The staff is utterly amazing. They know and greet you by name within minutes of your arrival until the end of your stay. No detail has been overlooked from your room, to the lodge itself, the dining, the pool and of course the lovely... More
