Standard Best Western room. Clean, nice size except for small bathroom. Could easily open the bathroom door while sitting on toilet. It looked like a relatively new property. Well maintained landscaping. Nothing different about breakfast from other BW properties. It was five minutes from Mo's Restaurant (seafood chain) which provides reliable seafood although a bit bland for my taste (I...

We stayed overnight here on our trip down the coast. We had an upstairs room with a king bed in one side,, bathroom in the center and a living room area on the other side. Staff was friendly, room was clean, easy access to downtown .. Only issue we had was someone opened our door without knocking. we had the...

This is located within walking distance of Old Town in Florence, a couple of blocks off highway 101. "Landmark" is a pretty good name, because it's on a 40-foot promontory which falls off steeply on all sides, giving pretty good views of the neighborhood. There's a very steep driveway to get up to the inn (must have taken a lot...

Great room. We arrived by bike aka motorcycle. Steep driveway but flat landing. Room was a ground floor studio. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. We weren't there to cook but enjoyed the room spaciousness and comfort. We were walkable to food. We past the street sign coming from the north. Landmark may want to consider posting a...

First impression - front desk help: Outstanding, friendly, nice and courteous. Provided all information I asked about, handled check-in with alacrity and accuracy. The room (mini suite). NEVER IN THE PAST 2 DECADES have I stayed in a property that was a pristine/clean as this. The management and staff do all the rooms themselves and take time and pride in...

We were very lucky to get a room because of the small town celebration...Rhododendron Days! We read earlier reviews and were happy to have gotten a room. In fact, it was a cancellation. The Landmark Inn sits atop a high overlooking the old downtown. Perfect walking distance for a stroll along the river. Our extremely, clean room was a suite...

My sister and I stayed here for one night, we only got the double queen room with no view and weren't there to use the spa so our review does not include the suites. Overall our room was average but it was clean and had a fridge/microwave/tv. Breakfast also came included, we did not see it as we had time...

We stayed here for two nights and loved it. It had good reviews and lived up to them. We had a suite with a large kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with huge bay windows overlooking the river. It was spotlessly clean. The inn has an hot tub which you can reserve for private usage. You can walk out to...

Building has a nice charm. The room was comfy, clean, and spacious. We had great views from second floor out to the river. The room was also quiet and there were good places to eat near by. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
