As the lodge sign says, " A step back in time". Rustic cabins, great lake views, fantastic fishing. Bears ,Cougars and Bobcats are not really a problem, but you are warned about them (an they are here ( one does not leave food goodies out)). Wanta fish? Yellow perch, trout, Bass it's got em.

Mercer Lake Resort is like going back in time to a favorite memory. The cabins are rustic, but clean and have all the basics covered. The lake is gorgeous and the family who runs the resort is helpful and remember you when you come back again. We've had many fancy vacation experiences, but something about the simplicity of Mercer Lake...

We parked our 32-foot Class C RV at Mercer Lake Resort for 6 nights during our trip to Florence. We had water, electricity, and TV hookups. There are two clean shower and toilet facilities, a laundry room, and an RV dump (that we did not use because it would have been too difficult to maneuver the RV there). The managers...

We did not stay the night, but we wandered the property, talked with the owners, went down to the lake and would definitely go back to stay the night. Very well maintained property. Boat rentals available. I would take my kayak next time.

We rented a nice boat with brand new motor for the morning so we could fish and exolore. We could not have had a better time. The fella renting the boat was very nice and helpful. We caught lots of fish and had fun. We stayed somewhere else on the lake. The cabins looked cute, beach was nice and there...

Stepping onto the resort transports you to another time. Time seems to have stood still at MLR. Impeccably kept, the retro cabins make you smile and quickly become a comforting home. The beauty of the lake can't be beat. Views from every cabin and a private beach with lots of boat docks make relaxation and fun so easy and accessible....

We spend a few days around New Years each year in one of the lake cabins. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love the beautiful wooded setting with a view of the lake out our windows. The kitchens are fully equipped.

The staff was friendly, helpful and completely accommodating. The cabin had all the comforts of home. And the setting is so peaceful that it can bring contentment you'll have trouble finding in even the most luxurious nightly rentals.

The room was $140.00 per night and was filthy, smelled terrible, and there were even stains on the sheets. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we actually had to leave a day early and didn't get our money back. When we complained about the bed we were told "oh yeah, we have heard that before." They didn't care....

We began visiting Mercer Lake Resort 30 years ago with two of our three children. Our youngest, now 27, has never missed a chance to return. We now take our 2 grandchildren, ages 5 & 7, and our granddaughter refers to it as "my lake". The cabin has a well equipped kitchen, 3 beds and a deck with a picnic...
