RV site was too close to road and was not able to sleep well. Office declined to move us even though there were spaces available. Also, did not like $4.00 resort fee per night - have never been charged that here before.

I stayed for only one night on my way down S. but really enjoyed the peach and. quiet of the park. The bathrooms were clean and the staff friendly, I recommend this park for an overnighter. I can't say anything about long term stay but the grounds were beautiful and peaceful as well.

We've stayed at Portland-Fairview RV Park each time we are in Portland - at least six or seven times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sites are spacious and there is plenty of room to walk the dogs. We will definitely continue to stay here in future travels to the Portland area.

Called at the last minute on Easter Sunday due to a vehicle breakdown. I have stayed here before, but they were wonderful in every way in how we were treated, where they put us and providing latitude upon our exit. Just lovely people, and a great facility.

If you have a need to be in the Portland metro area with an RV, this is a safe, clean and well appointed place to stay. There are many pull outs and full hook ups. It's not a bargain (~$55/night) but you get pretty good WiFi and cable with your hook up. It's a park-like setting with a stream/pond in...

Enjoyed out stay to visit family. Wish there was a playground. Hope we did not miss finding this item. The grounds were very well kept. We had good water pressure, good cable, sewer worked well, and were given a pull-through when we had reserved a back-in site.

Customer service good and very friendly. Train noise I got use to. Would not want to be here during ice storm, too steep of a hill. Restrooms serviced daily. Internet service poor but new paid service is better.

We have stayed here for years but now under new Ownership and overpriced so will not stay again! Noticed that there is not near as many spaces filled as before because of this! Hopefully the new owner will see this and be reasonable!

I would give Portland a five if only they had better wifi. When we were able to connect the service was so slow it was useless to us. Fortunately, we have a cell phone booster and unlimited data through Verizon. Other than that it is a great park and the staff and mangers are wonderful! We will definitely recommend this...
