I stayed here and the Red Lion. Both were comparable, but I think I liked the Best Western a little better. Location was a little better also, since it is close to some restaurants downtown. I'd probably give it 3.5 stars.

This was a fairly average hotel, but from what we could tell, the best choice in Coos Bay. The hotel rooms do open externally. Parking, wifi and breakfast were free and the breakfast had a large number of choices. Overall, if we could plan this trip again, we'd skip Coos Bay and drive 20 more minutes to Bandon on the...

Stayed two nights during a tour along Oregon Coast. The hotel seems to be very convenient as the place filled up in the evening. Rooms have exterior access like the old motel types and the room we stayed in was old and the furniture sure looked worn. Not alot of lighting. On the plus side the room turn out to...

This location isn't the best Best Western I've visited but it isn't the worst either. I had a single queen, ground floor room in the BACK of the hotel. The room itself was decent. It had been somewhat recently updated. It could have been a little cleaner. There was someone's old Goldfish cracker inside the heating unit (gross) and I...

Stay at the Best Western Plus Coos Bay for two nights in September. Hotel look good on the website but it sandwiched between two highway. Never escape noise of passing trucks. The breakfast is a joke. the fresh fruit consisted of canned peaches tipped into a bowl, the pastries and muffins had been cut in half to give the illusion...

This seems to be an older property, but it is well-kept. It is located on a very busy street and we were worried it might be too noisy, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps Coos Bay "closes up" early so we were spared from traffic noise. Check-in was effortless. The lobby area was attractive and clean. Our King bed was...

This hotel is located in between the one-way highway routes passing through Coos Bay. While it is convenient, it is busy and a little noisy but it was surprisingly quiet in our room only three doors from the busy street. We had the air conditioner on and it was not possible to hear the street noise with it running. The...

Over priced for an average room. The room was clean and well kept, but that's about all I can say for it. The breakfast was okay, food average and lukewarm. The lady who checked us in was very unfriendly, we came very close to telling her to shove her room and going to a different motel. Motel is located between...

We went to the coast on a family trip and stayed at Best Western. They were delightful in the staff was wonderful. I wish the pool stayed open later for when we're done with our daily events we would have liked to enjoy the pool. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as far as the food. I wish they had a...
