Terrible customer service, shoddy appearance. Shady sign in lobby saying residents that live within 50 miles of Bend are prohibited from paying cash to stay there. (um, if you live nearby, why do you need a hotel??? Nasty.)

Is there a reason you didn't stay at the higher priced Fairfield or another fancier hotel? For the money I thought the Days in was fine. I admit it is in need of an upgrade at some point but in the future if you want to see a lesser site, ask me they exist. Did you enjoy Bend at all?
