Our family of three enjoyed our stay here. The office service (Elena), room and breakfast were great. We were upgraded to a family room that was spacious (an extra room) and comfortable. We would pick these accommodations again!

Very nice room with big tv. Very clean and Big Bear Dinner shares the property so can have a nice meal. Traffic makes it hard to get out of the parking lot at times. Close to downtown. Would suggest others to stay here when in Bend.

I made a reservation. When I arrived the agent could not find my reservation. I was told that the hotel was being sold. She checked with the other Red Lion and the reservation was forwarded to that facility and honored. Agent was nice, and very helpful.

Do they allow small dogs
We stayed recently with our English Bulldog. The pet area is around the side of the building, so a little out of the way, but they are certainly welcome.

Why does management respond to the good reviews but not the concerning ones?
I do answer to the negative reviews. I have not been able to do the latest reviews over the last week, but I am answering them today. Kindest regards, Melizza Inocencio General Manager

That is a photo from prior to my arrival here as a GM. You are welcome to stop in and check out our rooms at anytime. We have a new Housekeeping Director as well as new HK staff members that take pride in how they clean their rooms. Feel free to contact me via the hotel phone, if you would like to discuss further.

Not sure if they have any space big enough for both vehicles. You could call them. There is the shilo inn down the street that has large areas they might.
