Our group arrived just after several housekeeping staff and managers walked off the job. As a result, none of the rooms were cleaned, nor were they about to be any time soon. Same story in the bar and restaurant. What a complete screw up!!! However,...More
Super clean and well kept grounds. Enjoyed all the things this do close by to the location. Staff was very accommodating to us and I even received a free upgrade for a bigger room. I will definitely be back next time in Bend.

Personally I would book by telephone to the front desk staff and get a person-to-person understanding of what to expect on arrival. Get a name, and then on arrival confirm the details promised in the reservation phone call. And don't pass on that breakfast -- the buffet is the best I've ever had at a restaurant. It's a proper restaurant meal.
