Older motel but very clean. Walk across the street for home cooking and 2 minute walk to down town. Easy on the pocket book too. Nice people. The river runs right by it and the walk to town is fun. Baker City is a throw back to the 1960's, very refreshing.

We enjoyed our stay at this locally owned motel. It's a 1950 era hotel, clean, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. The TV was a small, flat screen unit but so much better sound and visual quality than some of the budget chain motels we've stayed at. If you stop early, take the time to go to the Oregon...

This hotel is a really great value located within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and brewery. It is pet friendly with a nice grassy area for pets. Although it is an older 50's era hotel, it is very clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

If you want everything slick and updated, don't consider an old-time motel...However, if you want a spanking clean room, a comfortable bed, staff that gives helpful advice and value for your money, stay at this motel! We stayed for one night during a road trip, and we were impressed how this very modest, unassuming establishment can be a great place...

I migrate between Texas and British Columbia every year and like to try new routes and overnights. This trip found me at the Baker City, OR Bridge Street Inn. If you look at Street View on Google Maps, you would think that this motel is one of those that you drive up to your door, open it, and unpack. I...

An older style motel and it is very dated but it was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Great location for town, easy to find and park, great diner across the road. Very nice guy on reception who was very helpful. Breakfast was a little sparse but I would stay here again.

This property is old and it shows. It really needs a good updating. But it is clean and I would stay here again. Considering the low price this is a decent deal. Noise from other rooms is easy to hear, I used ear plugs to sleep and had no problems. If you stay on a hot day I will say...

In town for the All Star Football game- did not realize the size and popularity of the event. Most folks had made reservations weeks prior- went on the Trip Advisor site & quickly found the Bridge Street Inn - they showed one room left & we jumped on it - upon check in we found the facility to be clean...

We stayed two nights for a car show, was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Not a lot of amenities but comfortable for the price. I hope the maintenance of the rooms stays the same and I will return next year. FYI might want to update bath linens.

This place is "rustic" at best. Not sure where "Inn" comes into it. Despite the relatively low cost, it still isn't worth it. Two power strips were attached to the wall next to the refrigerator; really? The toilet was way too low for anyone who has s disability or by mere age has a hard time getting up. They still...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Bridge Street Inn was built in 1957 and orginally known as the Hereford Motel. It was renovated in 2005. We provide 40 exceptionally clean rooms with comfortable pillow top mattresses in bed sizes double, queen and king. There are 10 brightly lit hallways that lead into four rooms in each hallway, two on the front and two on the back. Approximately half of the rooms have tub/shower combinations. There are rooms with one (Queen or King) or two beds (Double or Queen). The hallways provide additional privacy and extra warmth during the winter season as the entrance doors do not open directly to the parking lot. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and ceiling fan. Most of the rooms now have flat screen televisions. We provide Wifi at no cost to our guests. There are outdoor barbeques and picnic tables available to our valued guests at no cost. We have ample parking and can provide for those towing trailers. There is a paved walking path beginning on Bridge Street that leads to the other end of Baker City. There are parks and dog friendly areas along the way and the path runs along side the Powder River. We do accept pets and there is a pet area onsite. ... more   less
