I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. The hotel also has residences, a great restaurant, and lobby and rooftop bars. The hotel provides shuttle service, airport and local, via new Cadillac Escalades. The standard rooms are disappointing after staying in the enormous and well appointed suites. That's the reason I stopped staying there when in town, our corporate...

We stayed at the Mayo for 3 nights over Thanksgiving and were pleased with the overall experience. The location is great; easy access to Utica Square and a few good restaurants downtown. The valet and bellmen were friendly, quick and helpful. The check in was easy and efficient. The large lobby is beautiful and reminiscent of days gone by. We...

The front desk is not well informed. I asked for local recommendation with directions and they simply wrote the address on a piece of paper. First issue is the place was closed on Sunday and second issue is it was not even close to what I had asked for. My reservation was not correct and it took me three discussions...

Dear Harold L, I am sorry that your overall impression is negative. It sounds like you booked your reservation through a third party website, which would explain the false advertising difficulties with your reservation. I would like to encourage you to always book directly with us or any hotel that you stay in, in the future. You will avoid many...

I'm going to apologize up front for the long review, but I feel like it's necessary to outline the absymal service on this establishment. I decided to plan a big birthday surprise in Tulsa for my husband. Room reservation: was not bad to get. Called their restaurant, The Boiler Room, 3 weeks before the party as I was planning on...

I brought an out of town business guest into Tulsa for three days and was delighted to put them up at the Mayo. What a gorgeous lobby and wonderful, very nicely updated spacious suite. Beautiful bedroom and living room space plus a full kitchen! Roughly 2/3 of the units are apartments (70 +/-) as opposed to hotel (40+/-) so it's...

Dear Virginia G, I am glad that you enjoyed at least part of your stay. Let me try to address your concerns. We absolutely provide housekeeping on daily basis, unless there is a do not disturb sign on your door. Our housekeeping goes around the hotel again at 6PM - to check the rooms that had the sign on the...

This hotel in downtown Tulsa is a great combination of old and new. The lobby and wall art capture the history of the hotel while the coffee shop, and bar off the lobby as well as the room accommodations were very up to date. The room was much larger than I expected, had a great bathroom, a room safe and...

Dear Loves2Trvl, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. I am happy that you enjoyed your stay and all the amenities the Mayo provides. It is unfortunate that you got disturbed by the train horns. We do not get many trains coming through downtown, but it does happen occasionally. Please let me know if you...

The Mayo is surely a hotel with caracter ! Nice spaceous rooms, clean and fresh on arrival and most of what you expect from a business hotel. The breakfast restaurant is not too impressive though, but together with the next door coffee shop the two options gives a decent in-house selection for most people. The hotel staff is very friendly...

I have stayed in many accommodations nationally and internationally because of my career. I was seeking impressive, relaxing and "different" for a comparative price for a one day event. The Mayo has a classic look from the outside and nicely appointed inside. The suites are very accommodating to the business traveler, large and comfortable. The staff is especially professional, Christia at the front desk is someone who any business would want to have working for them.
