I have stayed in many accommodations nationally and internationally because of my career. I was seeking impressive, relaxing and "different" for a comparative price for a one day event. This hotel was advised to me by a friend of mine in the DoD. "Closely related to what you are used to" he said. I was apprehensive and skeptical at first....

The Mayo has a classic look from the outside and nicely appointed inside. The suites are very accommodating to the business traveler, large and comfortable. The staff is especially professional, Christia at the front desk is someone who any business would want to have working for them.

A historic building in the city of Tulsa, located just a moments drive from the airport. Our stay was quite memorable, a fantastic venue for family gatherings, large or small. The rooms are very spacious and the bedding is top of the line comfy. With just a hint of non-threatening-haunt, you'll enjoy your stay here at the Mayo Hotel.

Went here for my 1 year anniversary and upgraded to a signature suite. It was about $200 for the room and all of the amenities it offered were well worth it. The view was pretty and the room was SO awesome and cozy and the bathroom was perfect. The robes in the room were even super nice! We also went...

Stayed here one night for a wedding and had high expectations. Mechanical issues in the suite ruined our expensive night of sleep. The AC loudly clicked on every 20 minutes and woke us. There was also a strange water draining noise. There was a locked closet in the room, which I assume housed the equipment that created all the disturbances....

Room was more than fantastic, I could have lived there! A suite like atmosphere for an affordable price. Loved the specialty drinks at the bar. The beds were comfy, very clean, and of course the hubby liked the 42 inch tv, and who doesn't love an in-room keurig coffee maker? Shower and dressing room was a treat in luxury. If...

This is a nice hotel in downtown Tulsa and the rooms are lovely. we made the mistake of nit requesting an outside room. The inside rooms are quite dark without any sun light coming through the windows. All of the attendants were very friendly and helpful. The courtesy shuttle was fantastic! We would definetly stay there again when in downtown...

Nice attractive hotel in downtown Tulsa. Good restoration of an old historic building. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and the room was enormous. Cool decor. Comfy bed. Small kitchen, although it was not stocked with any kitchenware -- no plates, no silverware, no glass ware, no utensils, no paper towels, nothing, nada -- pretty stupid and annoying! The...

Dear tryntoctheworld, I am sorry we did not manage to impress you during your stay. As you pointed out in your review, our Mayo suites do come with full kitchens, however it would not be sustainable for us to fully stock over 40 kitchens and keep track of all the items. I do hope you can understand this. Please know...
