I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times in 3 different rooms. Each experience was great. Staff has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and FREE continental breakfast, from waffles, fruit, bagels, cold cereal and much more. Rooms were always clean, great job by house keeping.

The travelers with us found bed bugs on sheets, when addressed took an act of congress to get moved to another room (going to funeral next morning and no other hotels nearby), an act of congress to get reimbursed for discomfort and to top it off the call us for our cc info saying they credited our card instead of...

I lived in Stilwell for many years and had went to plenty of birthday parties at the hotel(at the time I went it was still the AmericInn) but our parents would always rent us a room so that we could swim as long as we wanted. The rooms were always clean along with the pool, although the hot tub didn't...

Looks pretty on surface but...paid for whirlpool king and tub was shattered and felt like it was caving in, the toilet ran all night, all plumbing fixtures were loose and mobile, the handle to walk into hot tub was loose and almost fell in. When called the " manager owner" basically told me "so what". Also for other disabled people...

There is only one decent hotel in Stilwell, and this is it. We have stayed here for several years whenever we are in Stilwell. Not fancy, but acceptable, clean and reasonably priced. The lobby is very nice- welcoming and "homey". There is an indoor pool which, while needing maintenance, is enjoyable and much cleaner than in previous stays. If you...

Needed a place to sleep while visiting family in Stilwell. Not a lot of choices but relatives told us this was the best choice locally. Definitely fit the bill! Nice to have the breakfast since there is not a lot of selection around. The breakfast was tiny but had waffles as well as biscuits and gravy most mornings, as well...

We stayed in July for a week during church camp at a nearby campground. We had a room with a king bed with a "sitting" room in front with a pull out couch and doors to separate the two- perfect for my family of 4! The staff was amazing, very nice and accommodating. The ONLY issue we had was the...

the rooms are to high for what you get. The breakfast bar is a joke. Sour gravy and cold biscuits. I listened to one family gripe because there was no food to eat and that they had to go to McDonald's to eat decent food. Overall Stilwell is a dirty town with a lot of want be gang bangers walking...

We stayed here two nights. The staff was pleasant, the room decent. The pool and hot tub need paint jobs however, as they are both peeling terribly. In fact, my husbands foot was cut on a piece. Also, the carpet was damp throughout the room and stayed that way our whole stay.
