We rented a cabin for two nights. The cabins are rustic and comfortable. All have central heat and air. There are several moderate trails. The sights along the trails are beautiful. The park is well maintained by very helpful rangers. We will definitely return.

We drove through this park in the first part of November. The park is very well maintained and has cabins for rent and a play area for kids. This Park would make a good place for a weekend getaway or just a pleasant afternoon Drive.

This is a park built "back in the day" and it has been maintained to perfection. Lots to do for families. Hiking, creek, playgrounds, pool, etc. Friendly Park Rangers and staff. Each campsite has a fire pit and a grill. All the grand kids enjoyed...More

$99 a night for the 1 bedroom which also has a surprisingly comfortable sleeper in the living room and there is one 2 bedroom cabin which I believe was $119

There is a small lake and you can boat but I believe it is "non-motorized only and no swimming. You can fish. I'd still call the park staff to be sure. The creek or river looks like it would be great for a canoe and fishing.
