We stayed the night in a deluxe room which was very large yet comfy. The room was very hot on arrival but we fixed that simply by opening the windows. We both had Sea Bream as a main course and was actually the best meal i have had at this hotel. The wine was nice, We had a New Zealand...

Myself and my colleague were at the best western for business to hold interviews, the staff were so friendly and willing to help. They even went the extra mile to help us look for train routes for one of our candidates. The hotel was so clean (and smelt amazing) and had so many complimentary things dotted around, a scraper and...

Very very impressed with this classy quaint hotel, the staff are very welcoming and the rooms are stunning. I had a rear facing room on the first floor overlooking the impressive gardens. The evening meal although not cheap was excellent quality. The breakfast in the morning had buffet for cold food and an impressive breakfast menu. This is a beautiful...

Just down the road from Sherborne but feels as though its a remote getaway. The room was spacious, clean and well catered. We were also luck enough to have a balcony that looked out over the back garden with a view to the village. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is first class. The meals are high...

I stayed just one night at the Grange while working in the Sherborne area. The Grange is situated about 3 miles outside Sherborne in a quiet secluded village. My room was large and well kept with a spacious wet room/shower. After a hard day's work it does make a difference to receive a warm and helpful welcome, which was very...

Whilst we have stayed at this delightful hotel a few times before during these visits we have always received excellent service and this visit to The Grange celebrating my wife's birthday was no exception, once again Jenny, Jon and their charming staff rose to the occasion making our visit very memorable. We found ourselves in room 16 at the top...

We had stayed before and were happy to return. This is a real gem of a hotel. The bedroom was of a high standard. Lots of little touches in the hotel to welcome the visitor - eg de-icer in the reception area and a cafetiere and real coffee in the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent too. No hesitation in recommending the...

We were looking for a relaxing winter break. This hotel has a very rural position on the edge of the small dorset village of Oborne. It is a comfortable well appointed hotel with all staff being friendly and welcoming. Our room (no.4) was quite large with a four -poster, a comfortable settee, traditional hard wood furniture and fitted carpets It...
