To avoid an early morning drive, we stayed at the Fairfield. With shopping and restaraunts near by, the location was perfect. We arrived early and spent a leisurely day. Check in was courteous, and the room was clean and quiet. The morning breakfast (included with the rate) was fantastic with more choices than expected. I will have business trips to...

My family received free day passes for Castaway Bay and rather than staying at the water park resort based on reviews on this website we opted for the Sandusky Fairfield Inn & Suites. Everything you expect from a Marriott flagged motel came with our stay. The staff was both attentive, friendly, and comforting especially when my 2 year old got...

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and the airport where we work out of isn't far away. The ladies at the front desk were really nice to us and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious and an $89.00 night isn't bad for a hotel in a...

Entering the lobby we were greeted by a warm looking fireplace (not lighted), a plate of warm cookies and a friendly clerk named Jennifer. After going out for dinner Jennifer greeted us with some freshly baked cookies. The shower included two grab bars for our safety which gave us a very comfortable feeling. Breakfast included warm pot of oatmeal and...

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn - Sandusky, OH with my family on our way to Kalahari Waterpark. We were arriving the night before we could check in to Kalahari and needed a hotel. While on the Interstate I searched for hotels near the waterpark and found the number for this one. I called and spoke with Kevin to...

We drove out of our way to stay at this Fairfield Inn near Cedarpont, but probably won't bother next time. This 1st generation Fairfield was clean & well kept up, but the desk clerk sent a stange message by wearing an old name tag which said "Detroit" on it. He never told us where the elevator was, or that there...

We were taking our two children and their families (spouses,4 grandchildren and a friend) to Cedar Point on October 16, 2010. After reading the reviews of this motel on Trip Advisor I decided to make my reservations for 3 rooms there. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and care and concern I received from Kevin when I made the...

Stayed for 1 night after Halloweekend (do not recommend. It was so crowded, 4 hour waits for the "big" rides and haunted houses). Reception was quick and pleasant. Room was fine. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Bathroom counter very small and bathroom is nothing fancy, but was clean. Our family was in another room and had a housekeeping issue....
