My husband and I had the pleasure to stay a night in the wolf's den and it was perfect, I didn't have phone service which made it all the more better. (I have adult children 18 &19 who can't go 5 minutes without calling for stupid crap), and not having a tv was exactly what we wanted, just a nice...

This B&B is a small, simple, quiet and serene place to visit. We stayed in the Wolf's Den cabin which has a whirlpool tub on the deck. We enjoyed the tub, although the hot water heater isn't quite large enough to fill it up. Unfortunately, the bed in our cabin was horrible. It's a regular full size bed, which is...

I recently got married. My husband and I were looking for a place to have our honeymoon. This was the place! It's not fancy. No wifi or tv and hard to get 4G. Also no pets. But if you are looking for an escape from all of that there is no better place. The hostess and her husband were very...

Extremely good price (best in the area by far) and a wonderful and much-preferred alternative to a boring motel/hotel. The owners are lovely; thoughtful, caring, and genuinely kind. (+2 for adorable cats.) We stayed in the Bird's Nest, which is perfect for a couple who enjoy hiking and relaxing in peaceful cabin in the evening. The cabin was cozy, cute,...

I've stayed at these cabins for years. The proprietors are kind and friendly and fix a wonderful homemade breakfast. I've had some great conversations in that dining area. The cabins are quiet and out of the way. There is a ring of fire for nights and roasting marshmallows. The hot tubs are spacious and secluded with a beautiful view of...

I stayed in the Bird's Nest cabin for a weekend in the middle of June and it was a perfect size for two people. The owner's provided breakfast at 8:30 am both mornings we were there and it was delicious! The homemade muffins were outstanding. They were extremely knowledgable of the surrounding area and guided us to the best Hocking...

My wife and I took a couples weekend to celebrate our marriage and decided on a cabin instead of the same old hotel. We stayed in their Otter Lodge cabin that was wonderful! So peaceful and secluded yet close enough to hit Logan, Lancaster and Columbus! The bed so comfortable, and the hot tub was awesome!! The owners were so...

Great location on the outskirts of Hocking Hills park, easy to get to all area attractions. Cabin was secluded, private, and very clean. Just the right size for 2 people. Breakfast was served every morning insdie the owners home, a huge homemade breakfast to start the day. Sent muffins and other snacks with you for your day outings. Owners keep...

Cabin was very clean and had all the basic amenities. The owners are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The included hot breakfast each morning was excellent. Served buffet style with home made food with rotating menu. Offerings during our three day stay included waffles, pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit (pineapple, watermelon, home made granola and the featured...

“It depends what you're looking for, but the Bird's Nest cabin is a perfect, low-budget, clean spot for two people! There is no bath tub (stand-up shower)...but it's clean and all you need. Absolutely charming spot with GREAT owners. I'd love to stay here again.”
