This B&B has a beautiful garden. Parking is a little tricky. My room was gorgeous with its own bathroom. Lots of cute thrift shop/flea market finds. The owners have great taste! The room was very comfortable. The house smelled amazing when I arrived and I guess the owners were getting breakfast ready for the next morning but alas, I could...

I stayed here with two friends (all Oberlin alumni) for a wedding. We had a very late flight and arrived after midnight. Ron made sure we were able to get our key and even left notes for us in the entryway explaining how to find our room and how to sign up for breakfast. The beds were so comfortable. The...

The Ivy Tree Inn is a quaint B&B in Oberlin, Ohio that I had the pleasure of staying in recently. It is the character of the place that is so wonderful. It has a very homey and warm feel to it, that is partially due to the gorgeous old house, the artistically crafted gardens, and also to the friendly host....

I stayed at the Ivy Tree during a week long summer conference at the Oberlin Conservatory and was very satisfied all around! I didn't spend much time at the Inn outside of sleeping and breakfast, but the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and roomy for one person, and the breakfast was always delicious (a main dish of...

If you're going to Oberlin, Ohio, you want to stay at the Ivy Tree Inn. The rooms are quaint, homey, spotless. The beds comfy, the breakfast, delicious. The landscaping around the Ivy Tree is akin to a botanic garden, gorgeous greenery. A 2 minute drive from Tappan Square, the center of the town and the college. Ron and Steve, the...

We stayed here for three nights - we chose this spot because of the proximity to the bike path. Our room was the smallest one (our choice). But boy was it small - queen bed with just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was across from our room - our use only. The breakfasts were just ok....

The guest requested the least expensive room The small room is the lowest rate. When they checked in, they made no comment nor did they ask to change rooms? As for the the breakfast. We can provide hundreds of positive responses as to how much people like the food? And how satisified they were with the amount of food served...

Oberlin is a very small town with few overnight options. We were pleased with the Ivy Tree for its convenient location just off campus (we were visiting the college) and comfortable beds. It was unusually cold during our visit so the two heaters in our bedroom were very welcome; however, the connected bathroom was quite cold. An additional heater would...

We just spent the weekend at the Ivy Tree while visiting Oberlin College. Everything was great. Rose was wonderful. She cooked both days and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in Oberlin.

We stayed here for a night and were so happy their beds were so comfortable. They have a room with one queen and one twin, which was perfect for three people. Breakfast was so wonderful--their dining room is so cute! We had fresh cut fruit (kiwi, pear, and two others I forgot about) and homemade quiche with a mushroom &...

The location was very convenient; you can walk to Oberlin, which does not have a lot of hotel options. We found the room to be very hot, however, and had no way to adjust it -- the heat is from a central radiator and its controls are elsewhere in the house. The breakfast was just so-so and appeared to be...

Difficult to accurately respond, since this was for a stay 1 & 1/2 years ago? Sorry, does not sound like a typical day here? During the past year and half we have hosted hundreds of guests. Thank you!
