Exceptionally well maintained property that combines the convenience of a traditional motor hotel with the elegance of a very nice complementary breakfast in a restored 1890's farmhouse located a short walk away on that same property. Guests should take the time to stroll along the short walking trail adjacent to the farmhouse and courtyard, which was nicely decorated for the...

What a hidden gem this hotel is! Very cute and cozy. Privately owned. People were very kind when we checked in at 11pm after a long day at Kings Island. We loved the historical house, landscaped gardens and outdoor gathering places on the property. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back!

My wife and I have been staying here for many years celebrating our anniversary. We have never had a bad stay. The rooms are homey and very clean. The breakfast in the historic inn is very tasty. The grounds are lovely and well kept. We have stayed in the summer and the pool is well maintained. We have seen all...

Just off Interstate 71, Kirkwood Inn is a quiet, comfortable place to rest and refresh. Great low rate, pleasant staff, clean room, delicious breakfast in a lovely historic house on site, well-tended gardens. This charming gem rivals any B and B I have visited at half the cost.

Friendly, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast! The landscaping is beautiful and inviting. It makes a great back drop for a wedding. The room price is very reasonable especially with the wonderful breakfast included.

NOT a chain. VERY nice. Old-fashioned personal feel. Great breakfast. Pleasant garden. Park for walking across the street. Wifi. Personable staff gave helpful lunch recommendation when we arrived well ahead of check-in time.

The most hospitable and wonderful inn experience I've ever had. Highly recommend this "mom & pop" inn. Much, much more than even a 5 star review! The grounds, rooms, amenities - especially the breakfast - are far beyond what the "chains" offer. Kirkwood Inn is simply the best in Inn experience!

We recently stayed here during the Western and Southern open. I would best describe this as a cross between a conventional motor inn and a bed and breakfast. The rooms a cozy, the beds feature extra pillow and premium linens, with a keurig coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is served in a historic building. Make sure to confirm the...

Clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Wifi that worked throughout the entire property! The pool was nice. Bath and Body Works products in the bathroom. Great parking right outside our door. Exactly what we were looking for an overnight getaway.
