Given the choice of location for the RV, so chose one right in front of the arch leading to the waterfront. Well set out, toilets and showers were very clean and well maintained (much nicer than some hotels). The owners even came and joined us for a glass of wine in the evening. water and electricity working perfectly. Local friendly... More

From the moment we drove in and picked our own spot ,we loved this caravan park. Wonderful friendly owners are very proud of their park. Beautiful gardens and lawns. The ablutions may not be 5star but the little things that are done are amazing. Well located on the beach next to the river and walking distance to town. Ok there... More

Wynyard is a quiet little place to come and relax, the Tourist Park fees are reasonable, the Cabins are all you want for an overnight stay. Clean and Tidy. The Owners were very helpful and pleasant. Walk to Town along the walking paths, beside the river only 20mins. Only 5 mins to Fossel Beach.

We stay at caravan parks all over Australia and this one topped them all! Absolute beachfront location in a suburb that is totally underrated and well worth a visit. The town has a lovely vibe and buzz. The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Amenities are spotless, showers hot and run fast. A kitchen with absolutely everything you could ever... More

What an amazing place to stay. Wether you are in a caravan, a tent, a cabin, this would have to be THE place to stay in this part of Tasmania. Everything is first class. Out hosts Graham and Cheryl, were warm, friendly and so hospitable. Roomy sites. Amazing amenities. Wake up to the sound of the sea. An easy stroll... More

We stayed here for one night in a motel room - wow. Quaint, well fitted out comfortable room with separate bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom decorated in a very tasteful nautical theme which perfectly matches the beach front location. With a small patio fitted out with table and chairs looking out over Bass Strait, it was the ideal location on a... More

We booked in originally for a week and stayed for 3. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable including Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday. The grounds are very well kept and the park in general, is one of the best we've stayed at in Tassie.

Stayed 2 nights in our motorhome, clean amenities but a bit dated. Right next to the beach, and an easy walk into town. We enjoyed a walk along the beach and back on the pathway/boardwalk. Lovely couple managing the camp. The cabins looked good.

Stayed here with our camper van, great location right on the beach and easy walk into town. The site was very clean, tidy and well maintained. The beach behind is beautiful and a nice walk along the broad walk. Only downside is no wifi.

Well if you want seaside accommodation this has it all. The cabin that we had was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed for a stay. It was a 20 meter walk to the boardwalk and then an easy stroll into town to get some goods. The weather was not all that very good when we were there... More
