Stayed here for two nights, didn’t want to stay the second but were too late back from a cruise to find somewhere else. The room is very pokey, just a bed, nowhere to sit other than on the bed or outside on a tiny balcony. AND IT SMELLS. Not sure what of, in another review says it is Turkish cigarettes. The carpet also feels sticky. The bathroom is very small with nowhere to put anything. At least the water was hot. I was also refused extra tea bags as we didn’t get our room serviced and wanted some for the second night. Apparently they are “complimentary only” which I understand, but I have never ever been refused a teabag. Very unpleasant experience, would not recommend to anyone. Only wish I had read reviews before we booked. Lesson learned!!!!!!

Stayed in the motel section for 1 night, just as a base to travel to Freycinet National Park. Room is very small as is the bathtoom, however contains all you need. If you are staying longer than 1night, I would suggest staying in the villas or somewhere else with more space. Very close to the beach.

For a one-night stay is ok. Cabin is very tiny and small, especially the toilet area. The noise barrier between the different rooms are bad too. Check-in and check-out procedures are smooth and simple.

We stayed in this villa for two nights . Absolutely very unfriendly reception . We paid $477 . Complementary soap, shampoo and conditioner were of the cheapest quality . The shampoo and conditioner tubes were filled with just water! That was so insulting. They were so very insufficient . When we went to asked them we were given a cold unfriendly stare and were pointed towards the IGA next door . IGA closes at 7 and did not have a travel size of toiletries. So we were forced to by normal size which might go waste. Very old building , no rule book, no wifi , no brochures or info of local attractions and no welcoming note either . Overall very poor Service for a 4 star villa and would never ever recommend to any one

Grubby, shabby, dated and minimal amenities.

Washing machine spattered with cooking grease, dryer covered in dust, both very noisy.

No dishwashing liquid but a sign telling us to clean up after ourselves. Mouldy shower, tiny single tube of shampoo and conditioner for 4 adults.

Barely interested manager failed to welcome us in any way, didn't offer WiFi password.

Wouldn't recommend.

Very poor standard of accommodation in hotel room. Very small room, tiny ensuite. Noise heard from internal stairs and other rooms. Desperate of refurbishment and some TLC. Partial view of ocean from balcony. Close proximity to general store and easy walk to takeaways and RSL for meal.

Beware these rooms are all second floor up a 2
Narrow one person wide 20 step stairway. I can’t find pre notice of that. Photos don’t indicate either. We arrived to be treated by this and a manager with a take it or leave it attitude.
My wife uses a walker and wheelchair and would need 20 mins to climb these stairs if she could without a heart attack.
Manager agreed but c
Would no help or refund and blamed the booking agency! Beware

Three of us for one nights stay here in Swansea. The apartment was clean and simply furnished with one queen bed in one room and twin beds in the other, exactly what we needed. There’s a kitchen if you wanted to self cater and one bathroom. There’s a deck area on ground floor and a balcony with the queen room. In all it was fine for what we needed, a short walk to the beach, IGA and the rich shop or RSL.

We stayed in Amos house, which is an old boarding house. We had a queen bed in one room, and then walked through to single rooms, then bathroom. Had a microwave, small fridge, tea/coffee and biscuits. Had fans in both rooms. Very close to town, and lovely walk down to the jetty.
Would recommend.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are nice and well maintained. They're a little bit small but ok. What really bothered me was the bed which was totally dreadful. It was saggy and very uncomfortable, couldn't get a very good sleep. Otherwise I would rate 4 stars. The windows looking straight out to sea were great.
