It was a last minute decision to stay in Swansea, but we wanted somewhere comfortable and reasonable. Meredith House & Mews delivered that and so much more. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed, greeted with fresh baked muffins for afternoon tea by co-owner, Noel. He personally guided us through the room amenities, which were far more than...

I needed a night away, somewhere locally, so decided on Meredith House. I was pleasantly surprised that Noel lived and worked in Samoa (I'm Samoan). Blown away by it, as I thought I was special, being the only one in the region, lol. The breakfast in the morning is sensational. You'll have to stay there, to try it, as words...

This is a great historic guest house on a quiet street over looking the lovely seaside village of Swansea. We had one of the spa suites and really liked the little extras such as the pod coffee machine and the free port that make this much nicer than a chain hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and home made...

We spent one night at Meredith House and couldn't have been more delighted. From the moment we checked in to the time we left. Neil and Noel were both very nice. The breakfast was more than you could possibly have expected. Beautiful home cooked food. Lots of variety. The Mews was in a good spot. Straight down the road to...

The best place to stay. Lovely historic building with all mod cons. Comfortable bed and even the cleaner is caring. Superb views and close to Freycinet, oysters and wineries. Breakfasts are delicious . The hosts are gracious and welcoming. I felt at home here.

Neal greeted us on arrival and was both warm and helpful. The room had a wonderful view and felt like a fairytale room of a boutique hotel by the beach where you could stay easily for a week. Neal and Noel put a lot of effort into their breakfast preparation. I love the two four legged friends. The only thing...

This B&B was handy for Freycinet NP, although still a 60-70km drive away. I am sure you can get closer to the park but the quality of accommodation and breakfasts was very good and well worth the stay.
