The cabin was very nice but expensive, wifi reception was very poor considering we were in the one right next to the office. We felt we had to do all the cleaning with the threat of extra cost. We did clean the filter in the aircon which did look like it hadn’t been cleaned since installing it certainly made a difference to the warmth of the cabin.

We were so happy with our time here. The grounds are immaculate, the shower/toilet block and camp kitchen were so tidy and it’s really quiet at night, with just the roll of the waves on the beach behind you.
Dogs are welcome on lead & there’s even a dog wash!

If you’re after a fancy caravan park with all the bells and whistles, this is not it, but if you’re after a wonderful park with clean amenities, super friendly and helpful owners, and park access to a beautiful beach, this is the spot for you.
We stayed in a family cabin, and were extremely impressed with the interior and cleanliness of the room. The rooms are lovely, well laid out, and had everything we needed. It is evident that the owners take a lot of pride in the park, the communal facilities were spotless, and the gardens and lawns were immaculate, and the exterior of the communal facilities all looked like they’d recently been painted, they were that clean and neat.
This park doesn’t have a playground or anything like that, but there is one nearby, and there is beach access from the park. We appreciated that this access was gated, meaning that the kids couldn’t get there without an adult with the key. Despite not having play facilities, the park had a scavenger hunt activity for kids to do if they chose to, which our kids (aged 11 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed doing independently. Someone has gone to a lot of effort to create this engaging hunt, the hunt took the kids nearly 2 hours to complete, which was a lovely little quiet spell for the grownups. They especially loved the sweet treat at the end, and working together with some other children who were staying in the park.
We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again!

We booked the Swansea holiday park for our family of three for the weekend as we were having a family get together in swansea. Other family members also booked here.
Friday night we arrived with trouble checking in and finding the place, i called reception, only to be swore at... i got “your in the wrong f'ing place” “your in f'ing New South Wales not Tasmania” amongst other things and the rest of the conversation was just utterly rude then i was hung upon. Looked for alternative accomdation but everything was booked out. When we got to reception to check in (which was later than all the other amazing places in Swansea some other family members stayed at) no one was there or answered the door.
Sunday morning we went out in our boat and had trouble with flat battery issues so we were going to be late checking out. Once again, my conversation with reception was absolutely disgusting! I tried to explain my situation and apologise, was willing to oay an extra fee for later check out but the horrible, abusive woman wouldn't even here me out. She cut me off, swore again, told me she didn't care and to come get my stuff out now!! Then hung up. I have never in my life experienced such horrible and traumatising abuse. While we were cleaning the cabin and getting our stuff out a guy knocked on the door for me to open it to him abruptly asking “what are you doing” I tell him I’m getting our stuff and cleaning the cabin so we can give the keys back. he very abruptly replied with “I’m on a time limit ( as he’s tapping his watch) get your sh** together and get out!, don’t worry about cleaning it, I’ve got stuff to do” and stormed off swearing and abusing me 😭
Other family members staying there at the same time had similar experiences with the rudeness and the language.
I would NOT recommend staying here! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly rude, aggressive and abusive... mind you I had a young son with me!
Completely ruined our experience and weekend. I would recommend the motor inn or swansea beach chalets... Other family had amazing experiences there.
This place is not worth the money. Go somewhere else where you will be spoken too and treated with a bit of respect.

Location is great, but we received terrible service, stayed 3 nights at this caravan park and were expected to last with one town each for the duration of the stay. When asked for extra were rudely told by staff member that if we want towels every day we need to pay for them. Room is tiny, especially when you consider the high price asked, and for that not to include towels....

We are sorry to hear that you do not feel that your stay met your expectations and it is very disappointing to read this review. Our property provides self contained accommodation and we provide all the essentials required for this. However, unlike a full service hotel we service the cabins weekly when guests stay 5 or more days. So we are sorry to see your claim that you received poor service and that your request was denied and you only received one set of towels when this was not the case. To clarify this review, you requested additional towels after your first night with us, which we were happy to provide. Our staff member collected replacement towels and brought them to you where you requested the hand towel and bath mat be replaced as well, which she did. Upon returning to your cabin the second time with these you were advised that should you require any more after that point there may be a charge. The gentleman who received these acknowledged this and accepted this happily at the time giving no indication that there was an issue. This was because the condition of the towels, hand towel and even the bath mat collected from your cabin were in such a state that it was being questioned as to whether they would even be able to be returned to a useable white state, or whether they would have to be disposed of due to the stains and marks left upon them. After providing all 3 adult members of your party with 2 sets of towels and also 2 hand towels and 2 bath mats for your 3 night stay the risk that we would have to dispose of both sets provided to you required advising you that there may be a charge should you request a third set. We would fully expect a used towel to be returned in a state that requires washing and on occasion additional cleaning due to accidents or unforeseen incidents. However in this instance this was very clearly not the case and we were shocked at the condition of the towelling after just one night and as such considering the above circumstances we feel that this review is very unfair and we feel quite disappointed to receive this as our staff were polite and friendly in all interactions and no indication was made by any of your group that there were any concerns.

This caravan park is very clean and the facilities are fresh and clean. The sites are quite wide with concrete for the van and grass in between. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There are no trees for shade. There is direct beach access from the park. It is only a short walk into Swansea for supplies as there is no store on site.
We would definitely use this park in the future.

Outstanding park and nothing forgotten by the managers. We stayed in a glamping tent that had everything you could possibly need. Large carpeted tent, kettle, coffee machine and pods, lamp for walking around in the dark, power boards for charging our devices, fridge and microwave, bedside tables and lamps and two comfortable chairs. Outside we had two chairs and our own fire barrel with outdoor lighting. Toilets and showers were the cleanest we’ve ever been to. Shared kitchen had many stoves, ovens, sinks (with dishwashing liquid provided. BBQs just outside shared kitchen. Utensils in our tent included a cheese board, cheese knife, tongs and bottle opener. All linen and towels provided. Best thing was having an electric blanket on our bed. Gale force winds during our stay and our tent remained solid throughout the night. Plenty of space between tents so no noise from other glampers. Loved this place 😀

As much as we appreciate great reviews we have to advise that this review belongs to some other amazing property. We're very glad this reviewer enjoyed their stay at this unknown park.

This park is just magnificent and deserves a 5 star rating. The sites are large manicured grass and the ablutions are second to none we have ever seen. The park is very well looked after and a credit to all the staff who work here. Without doubt one of the best parks in Australia and the owners / managers should be very proud you have a beautiful asset here.

This was our fifth visit to the park. We have our own small caravan. Every site we have been allocated has been spacious and connections to electricity, water and drainage have been convenient. The standout though is the immaculately clean and well-lit bathrooms. The camp kitchen also appeared well used by other campers. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this park.

Very clean and tidy park. An awful lot of rules that made us feel a bit uncomfortable, like we were going to do something wrong. Site near ours got told off for talking in a group on their site after 10. We were told to make sure our car was on our site and not even a tiny bit on the turning circle yet others parked their cars in such a way during our stay and that seemed to go unmentioned.

Hello dancingdebbie2014
Yes that is correct we do allow pets when guests are staying on powered sites in tents/caravans etc. However pets are not allowed in our cabins unless they are registered service animals.
