Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We only had one night in Swansea – we wish we would’ve had more. We loved our sea view chalet, thrilled with the outstanding view of the beach and bay. The split-level chalet was new and modern with separate bedroom and kitchenette. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The smart TV had a great range of programming as well as streaming services. The deck out front was an amazing place to watch the sunrise. The location was very good, out along a quiet beach, only a 10-min walk down the beach to the main part of the town (restaurants, grocery store, etc.). Every unit had its own parking spot. Overall we were thoroughly impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to other travelers looking for an amazing place in Swansea.

Really lovely spot. Our cabin was spacious, well maintained and tastefully decorated, with an undercover private deck area. The cabin was surrounded by native garden and birds, and was a couple of minutes walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The park is a couple of minutes drive from Swansea which has a few eateries and a general store which stocked a surprisingly wide range of products at reasonable prices. We stayed for a night but could have easily stayed for a week.

Stayed in a standard two bedroom chalet at the rear of the property. It was the last available chalet during a busy holiday period so no complaints from us - we're just thankful we got a spot! However, if you happen to have a choice, then it would definitely be worth booking the beachfront chalet.

it would have been a wonderful experience if one couple per cabin stay. However we were 4 adults and had to share one small bathroom so it was a little inconvenient. However we enjoyed the location just along the beach and all the simple amenities in the room. Parking was nearby and beach was wonderful.

We recently stayed at the Swansea Beach Chalets in a waterfront chalet. These are quite new, and are very well appointed, and the very best thing about the stay, is the absolute water frontage and views across Great Oyster Bay to The Hazards of the Freycinet Peninsular. We loved the view at every time of day and evening, and were soothed to sleep with the sounds of the sea. We stayed for 2 nights, and to do justice to this wonderful accommodation, an overnight stay wouldn't be enough time to appreciate the facilities and the view and the attractions of the region, and a 2 night stay is an absolute minimum. The hosts are totally friendly and helpful which enhances the accommodation experience.

If it’s luck of the draw who gets the beach front Cabins we lucked out big time! Cabin stuck up the back with a view of the junk in the neighboring house. Poor Wi-Fi, Saggy bed, very basic. 1 washing machine for all the cabins, definitely not worth the price tag!

The place is gorgeous!!!! The manager is the most helpful and friendly lady even handing out mash-mellows to our kids for the fire pit. The chalets are so incredibly clean and have everything you could need. The grounds step down to a lovely beach.

We chose a Premium beach front 1 bedroom studio. The bedroom overlooks the living area and gives a wonderful view of the bay, bed very comfortable. Spacious living area and well designed kitchen, convection microwave an unexpected bonus. A minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and well presented. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from the start. Rachel , who booked us in was friendly & helpful. The new chalets were clean , the beds & pillows were great and being able to watch the sunrise over the water from the comfort of your bed was the best. Not to forget the firepit at happy hour, just bring matches & your drink and the view over the water was quiet & peaceful . We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it.
