A beautiful old manor house, fully restored, good place to stay to do a Gordon River trip and the steam train to Queenstown. Charming energetic host, disappointed no dining room, plenty of room for one, very good breakfast, lovely fresh ingredients, lots of healthy choices but not a cooked breakfast, would be nice not to have to drive out again...

This is a lovely heritage property in the heart of Strahan. We were made welcome by Christine straight away and shown to our lovely room. Breakfast was very nice with the local ducks saying hello just outside. Highly recommend this B&B!

It's just about all been said in previous reviews: the hospitality, the comfortable bedrooms and communal areas, the location and gardens - top notch. Easy walking distance to all Strahan has to offer. The breakfast was the best! It might be described as continental but such choice - freshly made Bircher muesli, fresh blueberries and fruit salad, croissants popped in...
